Enzian Hotel - Mt Buller
Fantastic staff!! Ann was so friendly and really engaged with her guests and recommended some great places. Tony, Louis and Avery were very friendly, helpful and made our stay so much fun especially in the bar in the hotel at night. We were a large group off kids, young adults and adults and we all had such an amazing stay!

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helped us whenever needed. Especially the owner was more than helpful!The location is good, too. We walked ~ 5 min to the lift station, which was ok for us.The rooms are also nice and we had the same ski feelings " that we have in Europe.We can definitely recommend this hotel."

Enzian Hotel - Mt Buller
This place is fantastic. We had such an enjoyable, pleasant and memorable time. From the moment we met Ann and the team she made us feel right at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she went above and beyond to ensure our time spent here would be one to remember. The facilities are great and clean, the drying room is huge and they have a restaurant onsite. Our room included a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and bunks off this room was ensuite which was great as well. The rooms had heating and felt very cosy. We had a nice large deck off our room which was perfect to have a morning cuppa from and look at the snow and admire the scene. We will definitely be coming back here and would recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is ok, although there was a fault with the fire alarm which was going of every now and then. The receptionist was polite. and about a 3 minute walk to the village. The curtains were broken and at night you could see the night lights while you were asleep. A pretty average hotel for what it is.

We only stayed for dinner and the food was absolutely amazing.What really made our night though was our server Emmy was simply the best. Thank you so much for making a fantastic evening perfect Emmy!!!

This is regarding the Enzian restaurant. Where to start? Rude Manager is a good place. When the manager challenges your group when we refused our sides (mash, vegetables) because they were brought well AFTER our mains then you begin to wonder about the care factor in our feedback.Not only did he challenge us with all restaurants are different with the timing of their sides"

Ann and her team were absolutely excellent in making us feel so welcome , the service from all the staff Tony, Avery and Louie was so friendly. We would recommend this hotel to all, very family friendly, Ann was great with helpful advise on places to go and really enjoyed her time with the guests.The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Paul, Ann and the whole staff (shout out to Tony!) are really nice and accommodating.The hotel is very accessible and close to The Village.The room we stayed in (Alpine) was very clean and comfortable.Only issue we had was the noise level from the room/s near ours as we can hear their muffled conversations and they were banging their doors.

Enzian Hotel - Mt Buller
I found the staff extremely helpful, thoughtful and always happy to assist their patrons, me included. My room was clean and tidy, the view was fantastic, with a price that was fair and reasonable. Very close to all amenities and ski areas, no need to wait for the bus. Would certainly stay here again!
