Pete and Claude from Handy Truck Broadbeach have helped me move several times now. Each time they have been extremely friendly, and done an amazing job. They we're there exactly when organised and got the job done to a very high standard. Will definitely be using them again in future. A+ recommendation!

I can’t seem to delete the review I’m very sorry?!!!! THIS REVIEW RELATES TO HANDY TRUCK SERVICE AT MERMAID BEACH ONLY!!!Initially helpful exchange with Arpan, but seemed to lack communication with his workers. Different people turned up. I think it was just one of the workers really, but it was pretty bad - stuff tossed in a pile and some things broken, and my complaint got me no where. Later Greg contacted me - he was incredibly helpful and very apologetic. He stated this was out of character for the business and franchise, likely due to a bad egg in the staff which they would look into, and fully refunded me! And then even refunded me more after seeing the pics! He echoed the comment below about customers being so important and really wanted to help. I had a poor experience, but I think the company definitely does try to do a good job based on how Greg approached me! He went above and beyond to fix things. ThanksJust as an extra note - the franchising makes it tricky to have the correct contact, hence why this review has ended up on someone else’s branch!

Had to move home during this terrible weather and they gladly helped out! Outstanding customer service and will more then likely be contacting them to help move anything in the future!!

Handy Truck Service arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. They knew what they were doing without hesitation. Made this job hassle free for me. They moved and reassembled a large KB and attended to removal of existing ensembles. Highly recommend their services.

10/10 amazing service, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and experienced. Would absolutely recommend him!
