Without doubt Billy and his entire team are the absolute best trade services business I have ever dealt with in Sydney. I'm on a strata committee for a 100 unit apartment complex and we use Plumbing Central extensively for a whole range of installations, maintenance and problem fixing. More courteous, professional and friendly plumbers you will not find. A really big job, or a really small job, they do the whole lot with the same level of professionalism.And the office team are just as friendly and helpful, always customer focused, just like the whole team of tradies. Honestly, they probably should get a 6 out of 5 stars rating. Plumbing Central are the gold standard for a trades services business, they genuinely are.

Our strata managers recently had Plumbing Central perform some works on my two balconies. This required ripping both of them up back to the slab to repair the waterproof membrane. This gave me the opportunity to change the tiles that were very dated. Despite me picking out tiles that I liked, Plumbing Central consulted with me and gave their professional opinion on the tile choice, and that they felt it was not suitable, and we wouldn't be happy with the end result. We took their advice and felt I wasn't going to be happy.After they completed the works, what can I say, we were amazed at the result and so glad they changed our minds. Our balconies look amazing and beyond what we expected, these guys know what they are talking about, put your trust in them.We also decided to engage them to perform some private works for us, and what other trades have been unable to perform in the past. They were able to perform these works without hesitation and with such a professional and clean result. Not only did we get the results we had hoped for, they were able to refer other trades to perform works that we've wanted to get done for years, but no one wanted to touch. All of their referred trades carried out works with the same high standard that Plumbing Central had set.I can't speak highly enough of Billy and his team. They are the friendliest, most professional and honest trades you've ever met. We had no hot water. Plumbing Central was fast, efficient, flexible with our time/date and replaced our valve thingy. Great service and Mary in the office was fantastic. Paid over the phone nice and easy.

This is a wonderfully skilled and honest business. We had them come out to check out a root/stormwater/pump problem that we had quoted thousands of dollars to repair.They managed to locate and resolve the problem without the major works quoted by other plumbers. It was both a professional and honest approach to issues that could have caused major problems to our building. Note we had no less then 3 other plumbers come by, I would recommend them for both strata run buildings and homes where you want someone the problem fixed once and for all.
