DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!At the start of our dealings with this company Harry was very thorough and quick to respond via email/phone. As soon as we raised the issue of the part being incorrect we heard NOTHING! We have phoned numerous times and sent multiple follow up emails to have some sort of correspondence, as we, (unlike Jetis) hold ourselves to a high standard of professionalism. Cannot even begin to express how Unhappy and Unsatisfied we are.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Read the negative reviews on them and be warned. We thought, how bad can they be, it's a simple business?HOW WRONG WE WERE - DO NOT USE JETIS - EVER.They advertised a reasonably new vehicle for wrecking, with pictures showing the parts we wanted. We spoke to them, they assured us the parts were available and as shown. We paid for the parts, and they 'generously' offered to drop them off at their sister business in Melbourne. They knew we were driving 3+ hours each way to pick the parts up. When we arrived we were given early model, rusty parts that were not from the vehicle advertised. The parts were clearly different in design and were not suitable. A quick phone call to Siva to get the issue rectified and he tried to tell me the parts were taken off the vehicle advertised and it was my fault I hadn't physically checked out the parts before I bought them. Whilst on the phone, I was looking at the ad still listed online, and it clearly showed the parts despatched to us were different.We then couldn't get the correct parts as purchased because they were no longer available".They didn't care we drove over 6 hours to pick up dodgy parts

Ordered and paid for Kia parts in December, 5 weeks later still following up on delivery. Harry does not respond to emails or follow -up phone calls. Happy to take your money and not deliver. I wish I'd read all the negative google reviews before ordering and paying for parts.

Very happy. Sam and Paul were so helpful. I had travelled 2.5hrs to pick a steering column for my wife’s bus project and when I got there I found a door that I wanted too. The boys spent the time that same day to pull it off so I only had to make one trip. And very fair on price. Thanks guys

Do Not Buy from Jetis Truck Wreckerspaid for parts $2020 Leo was the sales person I ask him for an Invoice and consign note number said he'd send it when he got off the phone one month later no documentation no parts I've phoned 5 times still nothing

Just wanted to thank Troy and the team for the amazing work they have done for us with our storage container. Paul and I are extremely greatful and we will definitely be coming back.

Worse wrecker could possibly deal with, worse customer service.sold us a mack geabox and once fitted was jumping outer gear and playing up tried contacting via phone and email for over a month but no reply! Once they have your money they wont help you! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Pathetic company so unprofessinal

Dogy as hell! Sam as well as Harry are scammers. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months now. Sam wont answer calls, and Harry started avoiding me too. I have proof that I returned the starter motors and have in writing that they agreed to issue me a refund if I returned to start motors. They now have the starter motors and are now ignoring me. Criminals.

READ THE REVIEW ! SCAM !DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Bought a 400$ fanshroud with module, got a fan without module from a completely different car. Was promised for 5 moths that it'll be replaced by the right part. In the end I got 320$ of the 400$ I payd.They play a sneaky game, Siva saying to call Harry, Harry saying that the director SAM needs to be contacted. But Sam then telling that he is in Europe.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!We paid for a gearbox and after 2 weeks of trying to collect, they finally said the gearbox was not good for sale and were trying to find another. Sam, Harry and Nick said they would refund our money but as yet no refund received. They are not answering their phones or emails.They don't even deserve 1 star!**Update - anyone waiting for a refund, don't waste your time calling them over and over, just issue a letter of demand and if not paid within 7 days refer the matter to NCAT. Our refund was paid within 7 days.***Update - make sure you report this business to Department of Fair Trading. Its simple online form. I've had a follow up to my complaint and was advised, for the department to take action, multiple complaints need to be made. If they show a pattern of bad business practices, the department can take further action.STILL DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
