Cold pizza is better than no pizza, been buying for a while now and first time a long time.

I googled Pizza delivery Cairns to support a local business instead of Domino's. Joe's Pizza showed up as 4.3 stars with pasta & ribs as options.The woman on the phone at 17:44 pm said our order of a large pizza $28.50 ribs $22.50 and Coke would arrive in 45 - 60 minutes.Fair enough.LOST 1 STARAt 18:50 pm I called 1 hour 6 minutes later to ask where our order was?I heard a male voice in the background state our order was still instore. The female voice on the phone stated the delivery was on its way as the driver had other deliveries in the area to do he was 10 - 15 minutes more.The driver arrived 7 minutes later to state they had thrown the bag at him...then he corrected himself to say given it to him and didn't know what the heat bag contained....Yep, they had overlooked our order....LOST 2 STARSThe Pizza was lukewarm to cold upon delivery. Their shop is 5 minutes away....Not happy, $28.50 for COLD Pizza?Domino's doesn't even do that with 3 hot pizzas for the same price as their 1 Pizza with delivery fee.A cold pizza was a pity, the size and its weight was surprising. I am sure the Pizza would have tasted better if it was hot and delivered earlier.LOST 3 STARSI ordered COKE but got Pepsie Max. The woman on the phone at 17:44 pm never told me that they only sell Pepsie.RIBSBBQ Ribs were hot and delicious. We really enjoyed them.

Good quality pizza with generous toppings. Like a classic Aussie made pizza. Only need a large between two people and we would normally grab a large pizza each from other stores. Cheers will be back!

To be honest it's a cram packed full on pizza witch you want obviously but it was like it was missing something like salt that or because there was so much on it each flavor canceled out the other flavors, friendly staff fast service clean as shop huge pizzas 2 pieces and I was full as.

Hello folksYr pizzas are probably the best in city.But your pastas could be tastier.I ordered a Napolitana gnocchi: no flavour/taste and it wasn't home made but rather a microwave reheated frozen batch.Just had a couple bites and rest in bin.Carbonara in past was same, very soggy.Hope Chef makes better fresh ones.
