Been to several physiotherapists, many many massage therapists and chiro over the last decade and can definitely say- Jess, you do wonders!I was seeing a chiro for a good 3-4months regularly to get rid of my migraines, no progress. So I reach out to Jess and she solved my migraine issue in 1 session! Jess has magic hands! I came in with excruciating shin splints and tight traps. After one session I have had no pain in my shins and shoulders whatsoever! Jess is practically my rugby team’s remedial masseuse and I highly recommend her to anyone that is experiencing any type of muscle pain/ache!!

Jess is absolutely amazing! Great at getting all the right spots, and always down for a good chat! Jess is absolutely incredible. I come in each week with multiple issues and always walk away feeling so much better. She listens intently to what is causing pain and always finds a solution to it, as well as providing ongoing care with stretches to do at home.
