Everything up until move day was fine. However they didn’t show up on our confirmed move date (accidents happen that’s fine) but we had to call multiple times to find out why instead of them being proactive and notifying us. However they rescheduled our move to two days later and were on time and efficient then.

Great service! First, the office was very helpful in helping estimate the volume & patiently answering all questions. The online quote form was helpful too. Second, the removalist people were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable (eg we had trouble disconnecting the washing machine and they were able to help). Definitely recommended.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Do not use them.They bill by the hour and take longer than what is expected. I had 2 men on the day and one was doing all the work while the other was on the phone, another way on increasing the estimate as they charge by the hour. They also damaged my furniture with no care in the world. This company have changed there website and name after a lot of bad customer reviews. Please don't use them.
