We first contacted Richard for our upcoming trip to Sydney. Not only was Richard quick, but he was helpful!

We had do 1-hour trip from Sydney airport to Terrey Hills, with very tight timing so after some research, I opted to pre-book transport via Ausgears. Logistics could not have gone more smoothly. The car was quiet and luxurious, the driver was polite and interesting and we found the whole experience to be delightful, instead of stressful. I found booking the trip online to be a sophisticated, efficient process. The price was very reasonable, considering a taxi would not have been a lot cheaper. I thoroughly recommend this means of transport and will be using it again, without hesitation.
