Awesome customer service! Jason and the team at Forges have gone out of their way for us - they replied to emails so quickly, helped us with info and our payment and have really quick shipping. Also the range of hinges and hardware is amazing and Forges was the only place that had what we needed in brushed brass. The team at Forge have been amazing, special thanks to Jason especially! We ordered the wrong L brackets due to my builder not checking them properly but only found out at installation much later. Jason was so helpful in assisting with a refund, choosing the right brackets and just making the whole process less stressful than it already was! I genuinely cannot thank you enough Jason, I was seriously having a panic attack after all the dramas we've had with the renovation...you really helped to ease that, the gratitude is real :)
