A massage from Yoyo is a blissful dream! I’ve had countless massages all around the world, and her oil/remedial massage is one of the absolute best. She is firm but gentle, and highly skilled.It’s all made even better by the perfect ambiance - the most relaxing playlist, lovely water feature, always toasty warm, really comfortable massage tables, very clean, and the staff are always mindful to remain quiet. Can’t give anything less than 5 stars, will keep coming back as long as I live in Melbourne.

Unfortunately didn't have a nice experience here, the overall attention to detail and a thorough massage experience was missing. The rooms are also not that soothing and calming and neither is the soundproofing adequate, the activities of the shop keep disturbing you somewhat. So, in my opinion needs improvement since they have got some serious competition just a few blocks radius from their shop.

They got me and my partner in with 5 minutes notice. Both had a really enjoyable experience and agreed it was one of the best massages we had ever had. Great staff! We will be back !

First time having a massage here and it was perfect! They asked me about the pressure and checked in with me through out the massage. I was so relaxed after. You can walk in but the online booking form is better!

The staff are nice but unfortunately I had an awful massage with them. I'm a physiotherapist and I can tell when the masseuse is pressing in the wrong areas, such as pressing on bones rather than soft tissue, which can be really painful. My masseuse also didn't seem to be paying attention - when a person is physically uncomfortable they normally start tensing their muscles, and a good masseuse should notice this and adjust their pressure/technique so that the pressure is just firm enough to loosen and relax the muscle fibres, but not too firm. It is poor massage technique to continue pressing so hard that the client cannot relax and continues to feel tense - this is counterproductive and should be basic massage knowledge. Unfortunately my masseuse was not adjusting the massage to my body and my reaction.I was not in pain prior to the massage and I was looking to get a massage mostly for relaxation, very disappointingly I came out with having pain for the next few days and not the good massage pain. I really cannot recommend them - poor understanding of anatomy and poor application of massage techniques.

I wish I could say I had a good experience here, but unfortunately wasn't the best. Two stars though for the effort put into the entrance of the massage studio, beautiful bonsais and music. Upon entry, I filled out a form however did not get a friendly vibe from the lady at the front. I was ten minutes early, she gave me the intro form as I sat down I was still writing and she checked it on me twice to ask if I had finished yet so I was feeling rushed. She then asked 'what is wrong with you'. I understood her intentions behind that question however I didn't like her choice of words.The massage itself was okay, she definately was strong and I did appreciate that she checked in a few times about pressure however I felt a few times she was massaging too close to the bone.Overall, customer experience wasn't the best. I was disappointed as was coming from Adelaide and the reviews seemed positive.

The staff always provide a great service and really take care to address the specific pain/tension that you are experiencing. Highly recommend both traditional Chinese massage and deep tissue oil massage services. Thank you to Yoyo for an excellent treatment today.

Had a massage here today and it was lovely. Brand new store, beautiful design, extremely clean, very reasonable pricing, welcoming staff and relaxing spa music. Received a loyalty card - definitely will be back soon.

Our favourite massage place around here. Good value and the massages are great, I particularly like the traditional Chinese massage, always helps my back. The staff are lovely too, highly recommend!
