Finally somewhere local to get vape products! Some of the best customer service I have received from every team member every time I go in there too. The store manager is always extremely welcoming with her positive attitude and extensive product knowledge. Can't recommend the team and shop highly enough!

I visited this store sometime last week to buy my partner some tobacco. I haven't been in since they opened as the first time I went in the way some of the staff were spoken to by one member named kylie was disgusting. How ever tried again this time I had my daughter in her pram. Once again a lady named kylie served me but her attitude was not acceptable. I was made to feel like myself and my daughter were an inconvience to her being in the store. I will not return.

Ladies are always on their game in this store. Never left waiting and always have smiles on their faces. Great place for gift ideas and awesome prices. Always feel like I walk out with a great bargain.

While visiting this store for a gift for my mother inlaw. When entering the store I wasn't greeted, one lady seemed to be too interested in flirting with the delivery guy and the other lady was more interested in her own personal going ons. I left the store without a gift and without even being acknowledged. Also have noticed going through reviews that most reviews are made by the staff including the manager herself and by their husbands, family and friends. This town isn't overly big try posting some real reviews and maybe look into staffing to maximise your business. The customer service is not ideal.
