What an absolute nightmare of an experience.I recently tried to register a car with service NSW.Instead of telling me everything that I needed right away, I was given the run around. I have been to service NSW four times in the last four days.I work 13 hour days. I have spent my only hour to myself each day racing around getting various pieces of paper, only to be told when I go back that I need another.The system you are running is bonkers. Absolutely berzerk.What a waste of my time.No wonder people choose to register there vehicles outside of NSW.I'm starting to think that someone at service NSW Lismore has an issue with me personally due to the ridiculous situation you keep placing me in.I will not be staying in NSW long enough to re-register. Mainly because of you guys.Higher management needs to start paying attention to how their staff are treating customers. Particularly if they are bringing outside influence to work.Not impressed.

Check-in staff could work on their people" skills. Actually

Just walked out without being served. 5 people standing at the door chatting and 2 people serving, why do we need all those people to say hi when we walk in and what are you here for. Would be way better to have those 7 people serving customers.

I have found the staff at Service NSW Lismore extremely helpful, respectful and have wonderful customer service skills.

My compliments to the crew working at the Lismore mobile branch. The floods have brought some trying times for everyone lately. These guys delivered a friendly professional service despite their cosy temporary quarters. Unfortunately with the door open, the air conditioning was not making it any more comfortable for the pair inside the van compared to the two under the tent in the 29 degree day. At least it wasn’t raining. Thanks guys!

Absolutely stunning customer service! The staff were very cheerful and helpful, explained the issues and instructions along the way so I knew what went wrong and how to rectify. They even tried to get my documents sorted in one seating without having to come back again and wait in line (mind you the wait can be quite long as there are many people). Kudos to the team, you should be proud of yourselves!

Very helpful staff the two times I attended recently.First to transfer licence (card received two days later) and get advice about transferring registration.Second time, the more complex work to transfer car registration. New plates received and all paperwork updated within 15 minutes. It took longer to put the new plates on, as the bolts holding the old plates were slightly too large...

Terrible service, Experience left me violently angry due to simple incompetency of the staff.

Wow what a great bunch of people you should all be very proud of yourselves. We had a rush to Lismore to rego our boat and trailer and nothing was to much trouble even on a Friday afternoon. Tried to do it in Casino but they were not interested. Thank you all so very much ❣️
