Just spent the weekend here, must say the place is very clean and tidy. food was very nice and the staff were awsome, Especially tom and Charlie absolutely down to earth and so helpful couldn't recommend this place more il definitely be back. A big thank you for a great weekend.

I thought this spot was just fine. Walls are thin, and lots of trampsing about and amenities basic but gee, when in the middle of nowhere it's really more than adequate.The gin bar was great and staff helpful, friendly and early check in no worries. Restaurant tucker was simple but more than expected. Overall not to shabby given the effort to make it a comfy spot in a tough location. I'd happily bring the family here again.

Ski in and out is the main attraction. If you are a family of four, make sure you ask for a room with bunk beds. We thought we had requested that but ended up with two single beds that pulled out from under the double. Left you with no room for you luggage. We would stay here again but only if we had been guaranteed a room with bunk beds.

We have stayed here twice, its a perfect location in the Thredbo. Good service and staff. You can see the snow from the room as wel. Good view and affordable. We would like to stay in the same hotel when we get back here in the future.

Booked 3 beds but got 2 beds and one pull out couch... Walls are thin plus there was a door leading into the neighbors room (locked). It didn't help that they had a baby crying throughout the night... Make sure to bring air freshener as the entire hotel near bathrooms stank throughout our entire stay.The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly. It's helpful to have a free breakfast everyday. Wouldn't necessarily recommend this place but if you're on a budget it might be the best option.

Really well located but aging hotel. We got it because it was well priced and close to the action, but don't expect anything fancy. Breakfast is simple but plentifully (think of a backpackers hostel: toasts, cereal, boiled eggs), the walls are thin and other guests walking in boots (or kids running and jumping) would wake us up quite often. Some things around the hotel were broken or worn but it wasn't terrible either.

For Inn, I can say that it's pretty nice and comfy. It seems that they've done some renovation because the car pet's comfy and looked new. Today is my first visit and will go back for my next visit from Indonesia. Thanks River Inn.

Let's start with location. It's as good as it gets in Thredbo. Right outside the gunbarrel lift.The hotel itself is nice, clean and comfortable. The rooms (we were 2 adults and 3 kids) are big enough and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean however are stuck in the 1990s and need updating badly, especially given what you pay to stay there, it has to be better.Breakfast is ok, not too much choice and variety and appears to change weekly so you might be stuck with the same food every morning. Again for what you pay to stay there, it could be better.The bar is good and has live music every afternoon weather permitting. Good vibe and always busy.Overall a good place to stay but a few things could be improved.

Location is awesome, rooms okay, clean & presentation good, staff very friendly and pleasant, but the food was really really disgusting.This hotel has such a great opportunity to be able to offer more than a place to sleep with a ski in/out perfect location. Food quality 1/10 at best.

Zero liniency. My child and I were quite sick. I made the effort to call them begging them to reschedule but they had no mercy. I lost the $400 I struggled to pay even though I had evidence from the hospital proving we were sick.
