While there was some initial hiccups with comms re warranty issues, in the end the guys were professional and prompt to rectify the issue. Understand that mistakes happen sometimes, but how you differentiate a good business from bad business is level of customer service and in the end these guys went above to meet my expectations. These guys are excellent! I have dealt with Andrew, the business owner, over many years, always honest, reliable and just great people to work with. This time we had a relatively minor job, and Harvey, the technician, was just a delight to have in our home. The job was done professionally and Harvey is just a really nice bloke. Nothing was a problem. When I need a service or other aircon work done, ACS will be my first and only call.

Really bad service experience. Their technician re-gassed our airconditioner without checking for leaks, and the aircon still continued to run warm. The owner said he would take the re-gas cost off a new unit, and eventually he stopped picking up or returning calls. Not recommended.And also accepted cash and never emailed through a receipt.

Advanced Climate Solutions installed an A/C into one of the bedrooms of my house today and it was an absolute pleasure to have Technician Andrew here. He has gone above and beyond on the installation of a Quality Brand A/C and to a very high professional standard and he did not stop working the whole time he was here!!! These guys know what they are doing, If you need any type of Air Con installed in your House then I would definately recommend Advanced Climate Solutions.
