Little disappointed as I had $30 credit and wanted to use it. I wasn’t aware of what to do. I asked the shop assistant but she was no help. Probably the last time I will buy there and I’ve brought quiet a few things over the years

A stone fell out of semi regularly worn earnings a year after buying. Embella wouldn't do anything because it's out of the 3 month warranty. How hard would it be to keep customers happy and replace the faulty product. Never had a stone fall out of any other silver jewellery. Poor quality and overpriced jewellery. Will never buy again.

The most Beautiful Jewellery and they have a nice range of clothing as well.

I love embella BUT I went there many times as I am a local in Darwin and the girls there are not really nice.I feel like they always rush me and once I picked an item they want me to pay straight away when I was still looking at other things in the shop... they should give more advices and informations about how you make this necklace or where this rock come from, tell your client a story about your amazing jewelry, they would love that, make your customer service more personal. they also speak very very loud , in this shop you can spend two hours just looking at everything, the smell brings you in holidays as soon as you enter, it will be so nice if the girls there could be more peaceful and relax . I have talked with one of my friend about the experience I had there and she had exactly the same feeling as me ...this is not a bad feedback just an advice for you guys to improve your customer service . Love the jewellery, it is pricey but it is also Australian made so I am happy to pay the price to support a local company. Designs are beautiful and postage is quick. Thank you for making such gorgeous one of pieces.

I love Embella’s jewellery, but I don’t love their customer service. I have three pieces that I’ve worn extensively and needed to be rethreaded. I took them into the shop about a year ago and was told they don’t rethread jewellery (although I was very prepared to pay). This was disappointing and I couldn’t bring myself to throw the beads out. At their market stall a few months later, I overheard the stall attendant say they definitely do repairs. I expressed surprise but was assured this was the case. So today I went to the shop in the city (which is tricky for me to be able to get to, for various reasons) and was told flat out, no we don’t do repairs as of two weeks ago. No room to move or negotiate, no suggestions as to what to do with the broken jewellery. I’m guessing this won’t be an issue for tourists, but as a Darwin local, it’s left a very sour taste in my mouth.

I’ve been in three times this trip.Each time I had similar experiences. I dropped a younger cousin off earlier and she said she had also a similar experience. The customer service is terrible. One girl followed me around the whole store (I am POC) and watched me like a hawk. Gave her the benefit of the doubt, meanwhile other women came in who were (npoc) and her demeanor was way more inviting to the other women. Thought this was just one employee so I came in a second time with my niece and had different girls working and the assistant put expensive jewelry up at the bench and told the other girl she was putting them up so they didnt get stolen. Money is no issue for me and I certainly don’t dress like it is. Third time I came in we were followed again and watched around the jewelers and constantly asked if we could be helped when we already said we were fine and weren’t in the store for very long for the outcome of the question to change. Maybe get some better shop assistants or put the jewelers in a locked display cabinet so you don’t lose any more customers. Both three times I came in expecting to spend a lot of money for an outfit for a function but would have rather given myMoney where I feel welcome. Not often I have to deal with closeted racism so I was really disappointed coming in and dealing with it every time we came.

After purchasing several pieces of silver jewellery, I am extremely happy with the quality of the silver, the unique designs and the excellent service I have received, especially from Amy at Yamba and Danny from Darwin. I had a few issues with my orders, this was handled in a very polite and professional manner by the owner Sally and her staff. I look forward to expanding my collection in the future. Thankyou, Sylvia
