Just visited, Friday lunchtime. I drove here 3hrs return. Google profile, website does not state that they have stocktake today. I rang their number. No answer. Asked neighbours and they said to try to knock on the door. Walked through gate and got greeted by a rude guy asking what I want (why did he not pick up the calls?). I politely asked if we could see some of their products as we drove from far and got told off rudely that he has stocktake. He said it is on their website. Checked-Nothing there. I run a few business in Aust and Europe and if my staff treated our customers this way, they are fired. May be it was one of the owners. Visit other places either way. Customers are not treated well here. Should the stocktake be done outside opening hrs so you can sell your products/services during your advertised opening hours? Is selling not important here?

I went to their warehouse today to get some material for the oven I am building. Even though it was a small order, the team took their time to explain things, the way each material works and even made suggestion to make sure I don't have any issues with it in the future. The customer service is extraordinary and I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

These guys are the best in sydney hands down. There knowledge and advice in the area of pizza oven materials and method of construction is second to none and they are just good blokes all round. Want to build a pizza oven, these are the guys to talk too!

Great place with about twice as much stuff in the warehouse than on the website.These days in retail sadly ,I usually feel like I need to know products inside out so I don't get missold products.Not at field furnace. The guys that works there really know their products inside out so if you don't know exactly what you need.....don't worry. Speak to Lee.
