Rachcoff Vella Architecture

We had an incredible experience with Tony Vella and everyone in his team. We stumbled across Rachcoff Vella because we inspected a house that they designed and loved it. Knowing little about building or renovation, Rachcoff Vella managed everything in our project from design, planning, councils, permits, finding a builder, sourcing supplies, taking us to visit options, and supervised & managed the whole building process. They made every step easy and whenever there was a problem, they came up with possible solutions before presenting it to us. There were minimal variations as the project was well managed. The finished product has been beyond our expectations, won so many awards which we did not expect or envisage, and whilst using an architect comes with fees, the value added to our property far outweighs any fees. Tony is worth his weight in gold! I am sure that he loved our house more than we did and that showed in his care about every small detail. If you need an architect, you will not be disappointed.
