Great service and great value.After being ripped of many times by large dealerships like Mike Carney Toyota its awesome to find a bloke that will thoroughly inspect and service my vehicle and then give me a face to face debrief on what parts are starting to wear ect.Been in townsville for 8 years, been to many mechanics and JRT is by far best value.Cheers mate.Riley & eren

Was so disappointed with this business. I had arranged an appointment but had to postpone because my husband was in HOSPITAL. Numerous attempts to get a response about rescheduling the appointment was made, he didn’t even acknowledge the postponement then he lies about the phone was not his usual business phone when it’s the number advertised on his business ad. So obviously he has no integrity, no sense of ethics or manners and is down right rude. I do not recommend this business!

I brought my car to be serviced, they took one extra day to do it, didn't fix any of the problems, charged me 180$ and told me they would email me the invoice with the work they had done on the car and referrals for the problems they couldn't fix. 2 weeks later they still haven't sent me the invoice and aren't picking up my calls or answering my messages. Total ripoff!

Great service and knowledge. Cut his lunch break short to be on time and offered extra advice on a fault that was unrelated to the job to keep my Amarok running better for longer. Good rates and highly recommend.
