Lovely and incredibly wonderful staff, some great bargains to be had as well. In the home wares section they have a 10 for $1 section where you can find a great range of ceramic plates and mugs. So many great finds to be had and a really reasonable prices as well! Cannot speak highly enough of the super duper staff! Favourite op shop in the east, without a doubt! :D

Such a little store that my mother & I expected to spend about 10min there but to our surprise we spent cpl hours. The store has a lot of great bargains U just have to be prepared to look through everything as it's a bit mucked around with different sizes being all over the rack. The only thing I'd pick on (but it evens out if U find an expensive item at a very cheap price) is all kids unnamed items are $2 so with Kmart & the other major stores selling same but brand new for $1.50 more It's hard to justify buying even slightly stained clothes for $2The staff were lovely & helpful so not sure if just having a bad day but lady serving could've smiled a little instead of making me feel I was being a bother using voucher cards & not paying cash. I even took all the coat hangers off & folded everything so the prices were visible doing most of her job for her already. As I said just could've been a bad day, it was horrible, grey & wet all day.Parking was easy & directly out the front. Within a short walk U have a Salvos Store as well.The Saint Vincent De Paul Emergency Help is an amazing group of volunteers that have helped my family more than i could even begin to explain. From 2002 Frankston Emergency Help, Helen was our shining star, always so helpful & caring she even met us at the hospital to help with fuel voucher to get our NB baby home who had been in extra time being 3weeks early. To Lilydale Emergency Help's staff who above & beyond their duties when it comes to helping a family in need. They even came on a Saturday after I thought I'd been forgotten Friday & stressing about our next accommodation as we have moved due to a domestic situation.Back to the store, I was able to get some lovely Shein & David Lawrence jeans for my eldest daughter & a heap of pants and tops for my youngest so I was very happy with the outcome. Oh & a pair of slippers for my mum, jewelry for youngest as well as a toy she chose.

Absolutely disgusted that my 14 year old was told to SHUT UP AND GET OUT" by the female manager because he asked her if she and the workers are jabbed

One of the very few Vinnies that still has proper Op Shop prices. Not a rip off like other Vinnies. Good on you guys.

I got a weird mean vibe from the store after what I think was worker (not on shift) yell at the another worker that one of the other employees needs to remember that she's a volunteer and she acts like she runs the place, total mean girl vibe, I wouldn't wanna volunteer here if that's what other employees are like.

Gotta be one of the best. Super clean, well laid out. Spacious, and above all, much cheaper than metro stores as well as the Salvos down the road.

Bought a puzzle from this vinnies, it had 2 partial puzzles in it as well as a mix of pieces from other puzzles, and the puzzle that was on the box only had a small section that was completeable. They need to make sure that all the pieces are there and that they all belong to the same puzzlr before charging people for them.

Staff are always super friendly. Shop is neat and organised. Better for homewares then clothes but definitely worth a look
