I have been using this pharmacy exclusively for the last 40 years, and it has always been excellent. However, in very recent times, things have changed. Change of staff, and one of the front counter staff in particular lacks customer relations skills to the point of being rude. I took in a prescription recently, which had to be ordered in, and was told I would be telephoned when it was available. No telephone call....instead a SMS which I didn’t see until too late. ( I am 80 years old and don’t go walking around with the phone in my hand all day), So I missed out on two days medication. This is my local shopping strip, but it is now time for me to move on to Chemist Warehouse.

First time customer at this pharmacy, I recently went to fill out a prescription. I have been taking this particular medication for many years and have been paying $19.99 at various different pharmacies over the years. However, THIS pharmacy charged me just over $36 for exactly the same medication (and same quantity of tablets). This is absolutely outrageous! When I questioned the price at the counter, they just said that this is what they charged. First and last time I ever use this pharmacy for ANYTHING.
