I came for rehab 4 years ago after an injury and now cant stop coming. I love the pilates and overall body maintenance provided. I am 66 and these talented physios have restored me! New and old injuries, and bad body habits built up over years are gradually getting fixed. I particularly appreciate being able to do a pilates class with a physio that targets exercises to exactly my needs

Anthony and his exceptional team of professionals have helped me to walk without pain after tearing multiple ligaments in my ankle. They routinely correct and improve my posture, physique and quality of life after the wear and tear of being a highly active dancer. I see Liz and she is all things wonderful! She has been supporting me with a recent arthritis diagnosis, and assists most specifically with its repercussions on my knee and jaw! She is kind, invested and has connected so many dots between pain and mobility issues in different areas. I would certainly recommend her and the clinic to anyone who needs a professional and reliable but still really relatable physio.

Have been seeing Stuart for years now in treating various ailments from my athletic pursuits and there is no one else I would trust to keep my body ticking over and in the best shape possible.From small everyday niggles to post operative rehab, Stuart has fixed and continues to keep me mobile and moving at 48 years young.I couldn’t recommend both Stuart and Anthony any more highly.You’d be mad to go anywhere else

Very attentive to issues and they've been great in identifying muscular and joint problems very quickly, while also providing easy and effective exercises to improve my strength and range of motion.
