Fantastic service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and reasonable prices. We got a dead bolt fixed to our front door and a new letterbox lock. Very happy with Mr Smith, will definitely use him again.

Mr Smith was very responsive, he was able to stop my tears from rolling and get me back into my apartment safe and sound. I’d definitely would recommend for anyone who mistakenly locked themselves out.

Simon is such a nice guy! Easy to communicate with and I’m very thankful I called him yesterday. My door handle jammed and he was there in 15 minutes, drilled through the lock with no damage to the rest of door, and replace it all in no time for a very reasonable price. Even vacuumed up the mess. Mr Smith is my go to lock smith moving forward (even though I hope I won’t need him again for a while).

Called out on a Sunday to let me back into my apartment as I was locked out. Arrived promptly, opened the door, and charged a reasonable fee for the service. Very friendly and accommodating service, and would thoroughly recommend to be the first person to call if you require a locksmith in the Sydney area.

I tasked Mr Smith to install Lockly smart lock on two occasions and he completed the jobs perfectly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He is quite a professional who ensures the job is done to your satisfaction and is happy to walk an extra mile to provide a superior customer service. After the installation, he stayed back for testing and making sure the lock works correctly using the app. I'd highly recommend him for any job he offers his services for.
