Thank you to Nigem and his amazing team at Manly! Honestly the best car wash I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The friendliest staff and they did an amazing job of the car both inside and out. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Highly recommend. Both the sand and dog fur was completely gone. I couldn’t believe it knowing how hard it can be to get out. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You guys are awesome!

Poor car cleaning service, paid $73 for a premium clean, interior not wiped and mats poorly hoovered with bits still showing. Would not recommend and will not use the service again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Decided my car needed a wash as it had some dirt on the wheels and doors after being on a camping trip. Asked for the platinum wash which is $65 for an SUV (normally $60 for a standard vehicle) for a fairly extensive wash. I’m then told it’s going to cost me $100 and that won’t include wiping down the floor mats, vacuum only. What a joke!! I’ve been here previously and every time I have always had to go home and touch up the clean myself. No care for their customers or the job they do.

Paid $57 for a Platinum car wash, vacuum and wipe down of the interiors, the car was not vacuumed properly there was still sand, dirt and dog hair, I was told by the staff the vacuum doesn't include dog hair - this was not communicated, they also had not wiped clean the cup holder, he said that was also extra - really?I have been getting my car washed here for years, after the service and the rudeness I will never return.

The team did an incredible job on the vehicle we asked them to wash. It was desperately in need of a deep clean and they went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We'll be going back to them in future.

The usual 75% job today, that will be my last, I'll wash my car myself in future. I expected the attempted upsell, for polish etc, but trying to get and extra $20 to get some bugs off my bull bar? Please! On pick up there were still unwiped dirty areas on the hood, and inside. Overall dissappointing for $72, I won't be back!

Terrible!! I paid $72 for inside/outside wash and was the quickest wash they’ve ever done (I’ve had the outside washed before for longer!). They left so much dirt in the car and were so rude to me when I showed them. I could have done a better vacuum and wash myself! Go to Warringah Mall Star Car Wash instead!!

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. Whilst they hand wash, they don't use fresh microfibre towels, and they scratched my new car (literally the only scratch on it). I'd assume a piece of grit on the towel. I took photos before it went in and found the scratch afterwards. When confronted, they apologised but offered nothing in the way of paying for the damage and even refused to give me a refund (to at least help for the damages). Edit: Just received a quote to fix thisscratch, as they have to remove and respray - $961.75

Supposed to take 45mins to clean in and out but done after 20mins with the inside of the car still dirty and nothing wiped down. Not worth the high price of $73

Possibly the worst car wash in the country. If you want your car to be washed, you should definitely consider going anywhere else - they’ll charge you and miss 50% of the car each time, every time. Star Car Wash Warringah Mall a far more reliable place to go - take my word. Do not go here.
