Had a non-working iPad and now it’s working. Repair cost was reasonable and service was good.Also had a Pixel phone which wasn’t working they had a look at it and explained why it was uneconomical to do fix. All at no cost.

I have just bought a new phone from Macdroid at Greenhills. The service was outstanding. My phone came with a bundle of extras, a case, a screensaver etc. The technician transferred all my stuff from my old phone and it come with 12 mths guarantee. All for a good price deal.I would highly recommend.

I purchased 2 Apple watches and 2 Air Pods December 2022 from Apple Greenhills Maitland. I was not told at the time that the watch charging lead was not compatible with my iphone charging lead and connector so I had to go back to the store to purchase a lead and connector. I have since purchased a charging station so that I can charge my iphone, watch and Air pod all together (as shown on the box). I found that my Airpod does not charge on this charging station as it is not a wireless Airpod. I have since had to purchase a lead and connector that is compatible with my iphone charge connector. I am very disappointed that the sales lady did not advise me of the different choices and requirements of Apple Watches, Air Pods, leads and connectors as I have spent a lot of time and money sorting this out.

Bought a new batter few months ago and now need it fixed again. Even still in guarantee, no charge, one day fixed but not happy with the problem and especially not feeling friendly service with an Australian staff when picking it up. The Asian one was much better in customer service.

I bought my phone from Frank at Mcdroids while I was visiting Australia because he had such good deals. He was very helpful getting me set up on the local networks. Highly recommend this chap and his fab shop.

Went here to get my Oppo X2 pro's screen replaced after it cracked over the camera. Was quoted $550 over the phone and when I went in.They were so accommodating! After a slip up with the original screen they had ordered they gave me a loan phone for the next few days while they waited for the new screen to arrive.Just got it back this morning and it's working perfectly! It has a much sturdier cover on the back aswell. Would 100% go here for any device problems, they will go all the way and then some. Frank was absolutely lovely and really helpful.

I work in the IT department for a company that uses Microsoft Surface Pro’s as their sole company device. These machines are NOTORIOUSLY difficult to repair.I called to see if they would be able to repair 12 laptops and I am very happy I did. I just got the laptops back today and they are outstanding!Full refurbishment with a clean and thermal paste replacement, brand new screen protector and every device works better than new!I asked and these devices take 4 HOURS EACH to repair and with the amazing job they have done for me I almost feel like it cost them more money to fix my laptops than what they charged me.Very honest service and I would recommend them to anyone, I will continue to make sure I send all of my laptops, phones or tablets their way!5 stars!

My phone just died the other night which was a bit scary mainly due to photos and other documents which may have been lost forever. Fortunately Frank found it just needed a new battery which he fitted for a fair price. Thank you for your wonderful service. Greg.

I had an old iPad that hadn’t been working for some time. I didn’t want to lose the photos on it so was reluctant to do a full reset. Took it in for an enquiry and quote- fixed and working again within the hour! Thankyou
