Extremely rude store clerk refuses to allow my BF to fill up, always wants us to prepay first. How can you when you don't know how much fuel will go in with fuel lock.Stop stereotyping customers, you are not doing the 7-Eleven brand any good.Business taken elsewhere.

I'm not quite sure why this is even a 24 hour convenience store.It is not convenient when it shuts its doors at 10pm!When you go to the night window after waiting 5 minutes for them to acknowledge you, you are treated as if you are an inconvenience to them!I'm sure lots of sales are lost due to this ridiculous night window.Hire another staff member and let people in!

So me and my brother went to go get slurpees,After we get our Slurpee and donuts, the total came out to $9.00, So my Brother gives a $10 dollar bill and we were supposed to get $1.00 back but he said the $10.00 even though the cash register said $9.00. Terrible customer service, scamming us money cause we're kids, Unbelievable 7-11. Very disappointed.
