Indrajeet was super helpful and knowledgeable of their products. He tailored the perfect mattress for my partner and I. His attention to detail was immaculate and also provided us pillows to match. Snoozes new sleep profiler helped identify my sleeping posture and gave me a lot of insight.

Went in to buy a new mattress - firm and double. But the assistant convinced us that the medium would be better for the back and showed us 500 over budget mattresses. Upon receiving it, it was too soft, so I called to exchange a firmer mattress and got rejected... my fault for not checking the refund policy, but I'm not happy about wasting 1500 on a mattress that will now have to be thrown out. What a waste of time and money...

Bought a firm bed from them because their machine that tests your body recommended it to me. Now my lower back and hips are unbearably in pain, I’ve had to start seeing a physio. I called and spoke to the manager and he basically said tough luck. I recommend you go to a place that gives you either a money back guarantee or trial run, since then I’ve looked around and there are plenty online that do that. I’ve had to buy a new mattress and it’s only been a few months. Big thumbs down.
