Tom assisted us in carrying out the transition for our much loved and ailing dog Anouk. I found Tom to be ideally suited for this delicate situation, he was quiet, and very sensitive to the awkwardness of our circumstances. He started by giving us precise information about the procedure, explaining what would and, may occur to prepare us for all possible eventualities in advance. He created a space that gave us the freedom to grieve in our own way, he was very respectful of our feelings and needs. Tom carried out the euthanasia in a very slow, peaceful and reverent fashion.I was very, very happy with everything about Toms service - his essential nature, courteousness, professional manner were all beyond our expectations, I can't recommend him enough.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making such a difficult time, peaceful. It was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. It broke our hearts. But your calm presence, kindness and respect towards Molly will always be appreciated and remembered. You allowed Molly to have a calm and dignified death at home in her favourite spot on the lounge she loved surrounded by the people who loved her. She gave us 12 and a half years of love, loyalty and joy and because of you we got to say goodbye to our girl in the most beautiful way possible.We will always treasure the clay paw print you supplied and for organising her pick up to the crematorium afterwards.Words are not enough to convey our gratitude. Tom was amazing. So calm, professional and a great communicator. I would definitely use him again, but I hope I don’t have to.

Dr Tom was so gentle and cared for my dear little Primmie. She was my 15 year old baby but in so much pain. She is now at peace, I am forever grateful for Dr Tom helping her pass over in peace.

Dr Tom was the most professional caring vet. He explained everything he was going to do before putting our beautiful rottie to sleep. He spoke gently and was reassuring of making him the most comfortable. If you are looking for someone who is is compassionate then he is definitely it. Thanks again for making what was a horrible decision just that bit easier for us.

After a brave fight with cancer, our beautiful girl became very unwell overnight. We will be forever grateful to Dr Tom for coming at short notice, allowing her to pass peacefully in her favourite spot in the sunshine. Dr Tom was the caring, gentle and kind face we needed at such a heartbreaking moment. We cannot thank him enough for giving our most precious family member the dignity and love she deserved.

We spent weeks going back and forth with our decision on when to give our beautiful old boy, The Champ, the send off he deserved. It is the hardest decision we've ever had to make and one that is truly heartbreaking. For anyone going through this we offer our deepest condolences. It was never a question that we wanted him home with us rather than at a vet when the time came. After scouring through many reviews I called Dr Tom. He is instantly calming on the phone, patient and listens through as you explain your situation. Champ's last day was full of sunshine, love, sausages, bacon and ice cream, he was salty from swimming in the ocean and he was exhausted as he fell asleep on my feet. When Dr Tom arrived Champ greeted him like an old friend and went back to sleep. Dr Tom was professional, kind and thoughtful, his skill in knowing when to talk and when to leave us in quiet to say goodbye was extremely impressive. The Champ went like a true Champion, sleeping, peaceful and happy and we can't thank you enough Dr Tom for helping us create that magical last day that we will cherish forever. It is the final act of duty, kindness and love to do the right thing by your beloved pet at the end of their life and Dr Tom has this very tough job but we are so very grateful for you.
