The middle aged short lady with the red hair obviously had something better to do with her time whilst operating an empty store other than to help me try find block out curtains yesterday afternoon. Who knew you'd be assisted with crossed arms, a snarl & such a negative attitude.

Just like other 2 reviewers, I was served by Wendy as well. Gosh it was if somebody would take her life savings if she were to smile or give customer service. In the end I had to tell her to find another job if she was that grumpy to customers. Wish I had been served by other friendly rep who was there.

I ordered 5 sets of blinds online, three of which came with flecks of mould on them visible without needing to open the packaging, returned them the same week and have since had to wait 4 months for a refund to be processed, and am still waiting. While the staff I communicate with are friendly, no action has been taken from a manager or higher up.

Installed 1 of 4 curtains no thanks to curtain wonderland. The instructions are poor with pictures that are too small to see. When blown up the pictures are a pixelated blur. I made a special trip to the store for help and received condescending misinformation.

I have never been so frustrated about the customer service from a company in my life. It has taken over a year to get curtains and blinds fitted to our appartments. I accept that we were given a.discount. However, the lack of notifications and the shambles of their customer support is unbelievable. They need to understand that the money customers pay is for a service not for them to dictate and ignore their customers. Would not recommend them for any work.

We visited the Windsor store today and received the best customer service. Unfortunately I can’t remember the staff member’s name, but she was so helpful. We bought block out curtains for my daughter’s bedroom.

I have just bought blinds and curtains from this store - the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy at all and prices were competitive with Freedom and Ikea. They put me onto a company that installs blinds etc. - they, too, were excellent - on-time, clean, efficient and did a great job. Next time I need blinds or curtains, I won't even bother going elsewhere. Their home furnishings looked great, too.

Just bought some drapes from Glenda and she was so very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store to not only bag a good quality bargain but being assisted by a lady who truly knows her stuff and is willing to share her expertise with her customers.
