Had a very fruitful experience gathering the required items needed for the job at hand. Would have given 5*, but the staff member was a little pushy, and seemed distracted. Not sure why, could have been something personal? Unfortunately, as pleasant as they were, they were also distant.

Friendly staff quick to assist, it's not to crowded, enjoy shopping here especially looking for things for my new place, you always find what you looking for the price is good to this is where I go if I'm looking for beautiful plants and household staff, love it here.

Yesterday I broke down outside and had to park in the car park of Mitre 10. Fantastic service and great range of products. I was wanting a product that they didn't have in store and they went out of their way to to find my previous order for the same product and ordered it immediately.

Not helpful at all.I'm not going to buy anything from them any more as they are not helping with anything and they will give a number for any service you have to ring them and with for days to fix your issues.Never trust them.

Always helpful, always have what I'm looking for. And the prices are great! May not always have the cheap cheap stuff, but when it comes to quality, they meet or best anyone, in price and in quality.
