Honestly the worst company ever! I’m a patient and they send bad people to “assist”. One of them walked out yesterday as all they have to do is exercise my arm because I have a brachial plexus injury. The instructions are written down and this staff member had done it multiple times yet I had to interact with her as she was doing it wrong. She then decided to leave me on my own! This morning I was expecting another team member to arrive that was rostered on but I received a text message last night when I was asleep saying that they couldn’t find anyone for this shift. Miraculous that it was actually given to a staff member last Friday! So confused and honestly think these people truly do not “care”.

I find it quite unprofessional for a caring agency put in charge of looking after a disabled man to ask his sister and elderly mother to cover cover shifts constantly for them.

I did an interview with the team last year, I went through the whole process and i was hired. I even filled out the documents and submitted as required only for them to call me and tell me that there was no work and they would call me at a later date. I was okay with that until i saw them advertising for the position. I never understood why i had to go through their rigorous process if i wasn't a good candidate all along.

This company makes decisions to make money and not to help their clients and I am disappointed and disgusted by how they operate. The management is terrible and treat all their employees badly. I would not recommend All About Caring to my worst enemy.

In a very personal area I feel they do not care at all about the client, they see a $$$ sign and that's it. Every issue that comes up has a response related to costs. They recieve plenty of money from client funding bodies to cover all required client exspenses.Cannot provide skilled workers for program. Repeatedly taking workers off to cover other programs. Do not provide documents when needed. Staff in office have no idea what's going on. Too many staff worker on each client. Coordinator doesn't actually work directly on program. They don't accept responsibility for errors. Won't provide the required PPE. They do not respect workers or support them. Need I say more.d
