From our first meeting with Farah Drake, the owner builder of Willow Grove Homes and Granny Flats we were most impressed by her friendly professional manner.Farah showed us around her display homes and answered all questions thoroughly. We asked if we could alter the floor plans to suit our needs and she was very accommodating.Farah was very helpful with both interior and exterior colour palettes and materials. Her staff/building crew was professional and we felt very secure throughout the whole process. They all went above and beyond to ensure we were informed throughout the building process and even assisted with extras that we couldn't do afterwards. Very, very kind.From ground testing, permits, construction through to giving us the keys to move in we were very happy.The compliments from our friends are great. I think many were surprised at how lovely the building is, both inside and out. It truly is a beautiful and comfortable home.Thank you Farah and your team.

Our mum (mother- in- law, grandmother) has her dream 2 bedroom granny flat, thanks to you all at Willow Grove Homes and Granny Flats. I am writing on behalf of my mother-in-law to tell you how thrilled she is with her new granny flat. She is really impressed with the quality and loves how it looks inside and out.From our early research, in relocating mum closer to the family, we looked at the feasibility of building a 2 bedroom granny flat, which was possible on our property in the suburbs. After visiting numerous granny flat display centres and gathering information, which included positive testimonials from friends, we found Willow Grove offered wonderful service and a quality product. The Willow Grove 2 bedroom Granny Flat came complete with verandah, floor coverings, painting, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, quality appliances, double glazed aluminium windows, cladding and colorbond roofing. Mum was overwhelmed with the finished product.We had an awesome experience throughout the granny flat build with Willow Grove, and pleased with the service and professionalism thru the entire project from beginning to completion. The finished product is exceptional. The customer service was outstanding.Farah Drake and her team were helpful, supportive, informative, very knowledgeable and patient. We had nothing but great assistance throughout the project. The display Centre is well set up and the granny flats beautifully presented and well designed. The team deployed by Willow Grove were great. 5 Stars in every way. I cannot thank Farah & her team at Willow Grove enough for my new home, it is everything I wanted, great design & quality workmanship from everyone involved. I looked at a lot of different options before coming across Willow Grove & it was there that I stopped. Such a wonderful, helpful, understanding team of great people who know what they are talking about & get the job done. Value for money A1, quality in every way. I would definitely recommend Willow Grove to anyone looking for a new home & the display centre is very well laid out with many great designs to choose from whatever your needs are. Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism throughout and the finished product is exceptional. Willow Grove has gone above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. My mother in law now has her very own home and she can't wipe the smile off her face. They sped the process up so she could be in before Christmas and we just can't thank you enough. We had a terrific experience at Willow Grove. The customer service was outstanding, Farah and her team were helpful and very knowledgeable. The display Centre is well set up and the homes are really beautiful and well designed. A great product!

After traveling 2 house to visit the display Centre the customer service was appalling from the moment we stepped foot through the door, rude, abrupt and not helpful in anyway. However the home we looked at was beautiful, which is a shame as with the lack of customer service we received there is absolutely no way we consider building with this company.

I was planning on building a dependency unit for our son. I visited Drake Brothers display centre and was very impressed by what I saw and the service.We went along and planned up until it was time for me to sign the contract. Unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances we couldn't go ahead as planned.Any other company would have taken us for a ride but not Farah and her team. They were very sympathetic towards my plight.They were able to get the maximum refunds from all persons involved and never made me feel stressed about money matters.The company's ethical and moral responsibility far surpasses any other that we have come across. More and more people should be looking to support and uphold honest and committed businesses such as Drake Brothers.I would wholeheartedly recommend Farah and her lovely team to anyone who is thinking of building on a small scale.I can't thank them enough for their understanding.

Display homes have a good range 1 and 2 bedroom and a special needs bathroom is available for all homes. Not cheap but what is these days !
