Attended for a spa pedicure. Sat down on a massage chair then realised it didn’t work. I asked to transfer to another. They filled the spa with very hot water. Certainly, it was never checked from a safety perspective and I was never asked if the temperature was ok. I made mention of this and they just placed the cold tap on and walked away, subsequently it went Luke warm. My feet were dried with a damp towel! The lady didn’t appear to be proud or have any passion for her work sadly. I never received the moisturiser on my legs either nor did I receive the leg massage. For $55 massage chairs need to be in working order and there needs to be some care factor. Subsequently had a cuticle toe nail infection requiring antibiotics. In light of the fact that, previous reviews have stated they do not sterilise their instruments correctly I can now appreciate why people will not go back.

I have been getting one lady there to do my nails for most of 2022. She is professional and does a great job. When she was away, someone else did my nails instead. The job was sub-standard. When I nicely asked if they could fix the particular nail that especially wasn't good, they got all nasty and huffy. I explained how the other lady always took the polish to the edges of my nail (no one likes half a look)... they loudly exclaimed Well

I've been going to this salon for several years now. The girls are all lovely and friendly, and I've always walked out fully satisfied with their work. Whether I've gone in for infills, pedicure OR both, all nails have been perfect. It's definitely my pampering time. Love it here ❤️

I had SNS nails done on Sunday at the Redlynch Salon and that night they started to flake. I went to have them re-done after 5 days and the salon accepted no responsibility. I sensed the girl was inexperienced and was very disappointed after explaining 4 times all they could say was it must have been my fault. I have had SNS nails for years and never had this problem.

This nail salon used to be great but about 6 months ago staff seemed to change and they aren't nearly as nice and I believe are overcharging for services. One lady was painfully slow for just a nail polish change and the last time I had nail tips removed the lady literally tried to rip the nail off and it was so painful I had to ask her to soak them instead to which she was unimpressed and left me sitting there for ages. Will not be returning there again :-( so sad! And disappointing

Exceptional, well worth the money. Staff very nice. Salon very clean.

I called into Natural Nails & Beauty for the first time on 15/01/22 without an appointment requesting a Pedicure. Luckily they squeezed me in directed me to sit at the other end of the clinic [unsure why when all other seating bays were empty]. The lady who gave the Pedicure appeared to be in a rush to start with & rough. Took less than 10 mins to cut my toe nails & then I noticed the Lady grabbed a sole scraper to remove my dry skin, i quickly noticed the scraper she picked up from the trolley was caked with dead skin, I reminded her due to cross infection all beauty tools should be sterilized & the scraper should have a new blade for each customer. Another staff member came over & i explained my frustration & a new blade was changed. I defiantly want be returning taking a chance if the next tool/instrument is sterilized between each customer/client.Paid AUD $35.00 & in total spent around 30 min's from start to finish.Highly recommend staff refresh their knowledge on OHS sterilization within the beauty industry.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. A friend and I went in for a manicure, both of us were bleeding within five minutes of starting. My friend was bleeding a fair amount from his hand, and I was absolutely appalled to watch the technician pour ACETONE onto the wound to stop it bleeding. The pair sat there giggling and laughing the entire time, so unbelievably rude. Avoid this place at all costs.

Rude and abrupt technician. I overlooked this because it was the day before Melbourne Cup and they were busy, however fingernails and toes were mismatched, despite me choosing a matching colour, I was talked into another shade. When I pointed this out at the end, the technician just shruged. Couldn't care less. Nails lasted less than a week. Went in to have SNS removed at no charge. Was refused access to the manager and told I was lying and that the nails were at least 5 weeks old. Was subject to racism and very poor customer service.

Terrible experience at Smithfield branch. Pedicure was rushed. Didn’t even ask me how I wanted my nails filed. Literally filed all my nails in 20 seconds. Didn’t even shape, file down or buff nails, no base or top coat application. She took a few calls during my treatment. Massage was just very blah, very rushed. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, paid $35. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not be coming back.
