Robert Walker is steering Kawasaki Australia back to the popularity and value that the brand has been so famous for in the past (Neville Doyle etc). My credit to him and the Kawasaki faithful like Murray Sayle and Glenn Willing who continue to perform excellence in motorcycle sales, engineering and technical departments. There are many more in the KMA team that deserve credit in all departments like spares, warranty and dealer support.Between the products and the people running the business I get all I want and need through Kawasaki Australia Pty Ltd.

All very friendly until you make a warranty claim at which point their customer service is non-existent. They cannot even be bothered to return your calls or emails.

Pathetic and unhelpful. Called to find out more about ergo-fit. The lady who answered my call knew nothing. and instead of connecting me with more knowledgeable staff suggested I talk to dealers. Hardly any dealer in NSW has ergo-fit, that's why I called Kawasaki itself!
