Have had ongoing treatment for several months from this clinic, staff are nice and specialists are warmly welcoming. Flawless experience each and every time!

I've been coming here for over 10 years and never had a good experience. They've told me I need a tooth out l, went back to get it out, a different dentist said there's no way it needs to come out just a filling. I've gone in in pain last year and they've said the problem is too small for them to fix, come back when it's worse, when I went back several months later the dentist won't touch it because it was too bad and if they didn't do it right I'll end up loosing the teeth. And said go see a proper dentist but they could do one filling on another tooth. And put in a 4 month wait list to have my wisdom teeth out as they are too impacted for them to do. The dentist grabbed at my cheek painfully to look inside, when the numbing cream was on it wasn't on for half a second before the injection, I was asking to stop but they kept going. I left crying and shaking, a few cuts in my mouth and black stuff on my teeth and face. I really hate it when I'm forced to go here for my dental needs.

My first time to this establishment today, required a filling. I found the staff friendly and the dentist that I saw today and his assistant were totally professional. Nothing but Respect for them. Top Shelf.Would recommend 100%. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The 5 star review below is not the experience of a lot of people. While some are given special treatment, most are put on lengthy wait list even with significant dental issues. People on the wait lists are pushed back when someone is given 'priority treatment'. I wonder who continued to wait/suffer so *someone* could been seen to so quickly (because most likely someone would of had their appointment cancelled to fit *someone in asap, that is how it works!). A relative had his booked appointments cancelled 5 times at this clinic (yes, FIVE TIMES), all last minute cancellations (on the day) even after being on the wait list for ages. Someone pays for queue jumping.

Receptionist is rude and made comments to my son about not having his own Medicare card yet saying being 21 and living on his own giggled saying it would an idea whileLaughing, Way to make his anxiety even worse as going out alone is hard enough.

Aside from the ridiculous wait times. The team I had was amazing! I have terrible anxiety but Claire & Neralee we’re both gentle and reassuring and Craig is the most compassionate and empathetic person to have on handThank you all

Went in to check my sore teeth, during the check the dentist had Grinded my back tooth abit and now 2 weeks on, when I have something sugary (choc or sauce, basically anything that contains sugar) my gum HURT so bad. Biggest mistake going to this place. DO NOT GO HERE, WARNING!!!! pay for a real dentist!!!

Rang for an appointment at this place, they cancelled my appointment twice even though I stated it was for an emergency wisdom tooth to be removed. Finally went in and found out that the appointment they had booked me for wasn't an appointment, it was a if a dentist becomes free today" appointment
