Brisbane City Jaguar

An absolute joke to deal with. No follow up service, hassling and rude staff.Please do not purchase through this company and make the same mistake I made!

Avoid. Customer experience has fallen through the floor and they are $300 to $500 more expensive than other registered Jaguar service providers. Servicing at Evelyn St was shocking experience. I used them for several years but never again. I booked-in on-line one-month in advance and received a confirmation, with a booking reference for the service and courtesy car. When I arrived I was told it was not booked in but that they would take the car. Because my booking had disappeared, there was no courtesy car so I was given cab vouchers and told to return at 4.30. I called TWICE in the day to ask for an update, I left a message with the person answering 'overflow' but the service department never returned my call. When I returned, there were three people in the service area but I was told to wait for Singh who was dealing with my case. Eventually, at 5pm he told me the car was still in the workshop and offered me cab vouchers again to get home. SInce I had meetings the next day and needed the car, I had to take it away unserviced, after driving especially into the city, not getting a courtesy car and waiting nearly two hours for various taxis - I still needed a service.

We dropped in for a test drive and Jeff was gentle, courteous, patient and absolutely no pushy. Although we didn't proceed to purchase, the experience was superb. Thank you.

I now remember why I stopped going to Brisbane Jaguar for service. It has not gotten any better. It seems their phones only work one way, inwards. I know I brought my car in at short notice. However, a courtesy call with no news would be better than no call at all. That's despite calling and emailing them. Maybe the tow company was right to say take it elsewhere. I forgot there is another Jaguar dealer in the Brisbane area!

2) Further to the dealer's comments to my review, the matter has not been resolved as they still have my car. However, at least now they arekeeping me informed about the progress, which is much appreciated. But, that's somethimng they should be doing anyway.3) I am happy to advise that my Jaguar is now fixed and back on the road, albeit after thirteen days. I now revise my rating to three star. If their service had been consistent from day one, I would have given them at least four stars.

Service department explained problems why I needed to do service; explained cost of tyres. Courtesy taxi vouchers. Staff were pleasent. Female empowerment is encouraging. This business is making a huge progress from my last visit.

The customer service of this place is literally non-existent. Every time I've taken my Jag in for serving, I've had issues. The last time I was there, they couldn't tell me where my car was until I pointed out to them it was sitting in the downstairs carpark. I doubt they even serviced my car as everything felt the same including my car seating. They likely just whacked on a sticker. Not only that, they never vacuum or wash my car as offered. This is coming from Jaguar. BMW/MERCEDES always provides that service. My spare key needed a change of battery and they told me they couldn't provide it and would have to order the batteries from Melbourne. What!!! 2 months later still no call. Also, I'm side mirror was swiped so I called 4 times to get it fixed replaced. NOONE HAS CALLED BACK. I then tried the Jaguar at newstead. I called them 3 times to get it fixed. AGAIN NO CALL BACK. The service from Jaguar is horrendous. I'll be selling my car and sticking to Toyota. Great car, terrible service.

Shaun went above and beyond to find me a Jag at the spec I wanted (which was not easy) so I could get into a car ASAP. The level of service I have received since owning the car for a year now has been exceptional and well above expectations. I have since found out a good client and now friend of mine also bought the same Jag from Shaun and he was also really happy with Shaun too which was a crazy coincidence but just goes to show you he is a good operator and the person you should be contacting prior to walking into the showroom. Shaun knows the Jags and Land rovers backwards and you can tell he is passionate about these awesome cars.

Over the last 2 to 3 weeks I have tried to simply get a quote for a service . Having not used Brisbane City Jaguar before I simply wanted to get an idea of what services was provided and at what cost. I have phoned, I have used the online chat facility. I have received assurance after assurance that someone will get back to me with some details - To date I have not received the simple courtesy of call and as a result have now had the car serviced elsewhere . Looking at the reviews online my experience does not appear to be an isolated one. It is surprising and disappointing that customer service in your service division appears to be a low priority especially given Brisbane City Jaguar represents a premier brand in direct competition with the likes of Audi , BMW and Mercedes.
