Overpriced and unhelpful.We brought our own container to save the single use plastic and only after leaving realised they didn't tare the weight and we were charged for our container (lid and all). We went back to ask and they said it's their policy not to tare when you BYO container... Whaaat? Ridiculous. Sausages were good but overpriced so we'll stick to the Butcher on Frenchmans Rd who have great product and encourage you to BYO containers.

Great quality meats here at prices that generally provide value for money if you're looking for higher quality than big grocers' premium" ranges. Their meats are generally more expensive than the supermarkets' (and another local butcher's)

What a horrible experience! Very disappointed in the quality of lamb grillers we recieved. It smelt off and the lamb was slimy and a bit green. I've bought lamb grillers and lamb in general from many other butchers in various suburbs but this was horrible! Will never buy from there again.

When ordering a large leg of pork for Christmas I was told it was $8 a kilo but when I picked the pork up I was charged $10 a kilo. But in saying that the meat was very nice. Would consider elsewhere next time

Pretty bad service. I politely asked from some liver and the bloke gave me some unexpected attitude and was quite rude. Cheer up guys, it’s Christmas.

Simply asked for 2 t-bones and got 1 and a tiny t-bone. Why would you not provide two similarly sized steaks? Did buy them late arvo Saturday so they must be trying to throw the scraps out. Poor quality, poor service. Not going back.
