I met three staffs here. First two had really terrible, poor customer service. I wanna ask item’ s stock. First old staff said, she was busy with scanning, And ignore me. Second old staff in checkout, saw me waiting there, and jump me call to next customer? Only the third young girl was friendly and nice.

I called this place as it was the only store that had the item I was looking for. I was surprise as usually Kmart other places are so unfriendly and not helpful at all. However the girl I got at Kurralta Park was really helpful, and even the guy in the toy department. Very helpful and they where actually listening to what I was asking and not assuming like most do. Well done guys , continue the good work.

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received - from the man at the door, who was very helpful and proactive in finding someone to assist me. I couldn't find an item that was in stock according to Kmart's website. A young man (Sam, I think) went out of his way to look for the item and when he couldn't find it on the shelf, he went out the back" and came back with a carton full

Just picked up a click and collect order from this store. The lady at the Service desk was so rude. I don't care if you've had a bad day or if you're just ready to go home, you should still do your job as a representative of the company you work for and treat the customers well. I don't need to be told just take it and go. I know how shopping works. This person needs some training in customer service. You can at least pretend that you like your job and not treat customers like they are an inconvenience for you.

I came to this store this morning and made enquiries regarding getting photos done as I had not done them here before. The young lady with the beautiful smiled served me and gave me the rundown of how it worked at the kiosk. I had it all completed in under 10 minutes. The young lady there gave me first class customer service there and I will be definitely coming back. I should have got her name but it was about 9am and she is a busy little worker. Congratulations And well done.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Purchase lines are long becuase it gets so busy (understandably). Great location. Car park etiquette is horrible. Kmart is usually sold out of things searched for. The experience in store is pretty average. From the moment you enter, you can feel how dusty it is.

store always well stocked unlike marion, girl at the front today caitlyn was very nice and heplful told me where to get the fold out table i was after and also checked if it was in stock first which saved me the walk. other times there has been worst staff at the door, store was reasonably clean and was not busy assuming as it was early in the morning. other girl erin helped me find oil pourer. i will come back to this store.

I'm normally not too concerned about such a thing but they have an incredibly rude and incredibly incompetent person at the entrance at this store. One would expect, even with a the job like this there would be some minimum level of basic intellect, this guy at this Kmart entrance appears to be void of any.
