Massive heartfelt thank you to Dr Ian and all at Evermore. Dr Ian is beautiful, so caring and compassionate. He took his time to explain everything to us. This made such a difficult time for us so much easier.The memorials are so beautiful.

Our beautiful cockatiel Sammy passed away, he had reached the great age of 27. This was like losing a child, heartbreaking and devastating. The staff at Evermore were very professional, yet sympathetic and supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend Evermore Pet Cremation, should you be so unfortunate to lose a treasured pet member of your family.

After losing my bird, Dusty quite suddenly the team at evermore made a tough time that little bit easier.They were compassionate and caring and i felt comfortable trusting my girl in their hands.The little frame and seeds they gave me to take home with her are beautiful and the whole process was made bareable.Thank you again

Our family lost our pet dog in November. We found Evermore very responsive to our needs when we had our gentle Minty cremated. Evermore kept us informed about the process with calls and emails and at a reasonable cost. We were very happy with all aspects of the Evermore service.

I would like to thank the Evermore team for their care and attention at the time of the loss of my soulmate and best friend Marge.Their care for me was unsurpassed without being patronising as I was inconsolable at the time.Marge was returned to me in a beautiful presentation bag along with plaster cast Paw Print in a lovely box and Paw Print framed.Importantly I was not pressured in any way with sales pitch. I was listened to even tho I was extremely distraught. At no time was I pressured for payment which allowed the whole process to be about my Marge without the worry of payment.I wholeheartedly and without reservation or coercion recommend the Evermore team at the time of losing a valued 4 legged family member. Saying goodbye to my rat Mavis is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I found each step near impossible, but Evermore made it achievable. I found their team to be so understanding of how distraught I was becoming along the process. As much as I don’t want to think about losing future pets, I know that I will visit Evermore again when the time comes. The staff are caring, the space is really welcoming, and I felt that my Mavis was treated with love from the first step until the last.

I cannot thank the staff at Evermore enough for their services with handling my beloved feathered boy, Nico. This was my first experience with pet loss and from the first phone call, they expressed so much empathy and were so patient and comforting to me through the call and process of collecting him. The staff were so helpful with answering any questions I had and explained their process and how they will take care of Nico.They created the most beautiful feather memorial using Nico’s feathers as well as a lovely ink footprint and he was placed in such a lovely little bird urn.I can’t recommend Evermore enough and was so happy with their outstanding services on helping Nico reach the clouds.
