The facilities are world class, however the whole place is set up to shoot ISSF disciplines only - disappointingly narrow sighted.Can't even shoot world rimfire benchrest style targets as 50m targets are set up for ISSF shooting only, cannot shoot your own paper targets at 50m.Makes it difficult to do ammunition testing etc. too.The facilities could have easily been set up to accommodate all rimfire disciplines, but it was not set up that way. Great place to learn to shoot. A staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. I personally had my first experience with rifle shooting yesterday.The staff there spent a good amount of time teaching me how to position my body correctly, how to aim and follow through with the shot And how to better my aim.Highly recommend to all who want to take up shooting as a hobby/sport.

Great shooting range facility. Staff are great and it is well maintained. Highly recomended.

If you're a .22LR shooter, there's nowhere better in Australia... Or an ISSF shotgun lover... Watch out for the wildlife.. plenty of roos... Warning! Don't go at the last minute as closing time is strict due noise abatement..

It would be good to have staff on the weekend that can take bookings, this is when people are free to contact you.

I have been supervising Vision Impaired target shooters weekly at SISC since 2016. Staff have been extremely helpful. The indoor 10m range has good access and the facilities are ideally suited to the acoustic scopes, shooting benches and stands used by the Vision Impaired target shooters.

I love shooting here. It's closer than other similarly outfitted facilities, is cheap, sessions are lengthy enough for a few hundred rounds and the staff are helpful and pleasant. It's very clean and well kept. I'd recommend it to shooters of all experience, it has something for everyone.

STAY AWAY – TOTAL RIP OFF I received a gift voucher to try shooting for the first time, costing just under $100. I have attempted to book in to use this voucher each month since December 2022 to date, with no sessions available. When I called to enquire when the next session would be available, the ‘person’ (aka, rough female bogan) on the phone stated they didn’t know, sometime after April 2023, I should continue looking on the website each day to see if a session comes up. When I said I’ve been looking since December 2022, they said it’s only been three months and it’s valid for 5 years, but I’d be lucky to get in this year, ‘so what’s my problem’, to me. Your business can only plan a month ahead, no consistent day of the week the session is posted, because its ad-hoc due to staffing. I would be unlikely to get a session given how long other have been waiting, so sessions go immediately. So, I should look every day for months/years, just in case.I asked if I could have my voucher refunded because it can’t be redeemed within a reasonable time. The person on the phone was so rude, stating I was being unreasonable for not checking the website every day, an be willing to wait up to 5 years to use the gift card. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee; I haven’t even booked something worth cancelling! I though this was a joke, but no. The person on the phone, just another and said that’s my problem. These circumstances were not communicated when selling the vouchers. You are still selling vouchers that cannot be redeemed within ANY kind of defined timeframe, which is unreasonable given you have already charged for the session, and you’re blaming the customer and then charging them for a refund for your business’s mistakes. The person on the phone said it was my fault (with some laughing like it was funny), people should read the fine print and that I should just wait, it’s not their problem, and hung up. Clearly, I have not been the only person that’s raised the issue and been ripped off. It sound’s completely illegal to operate this way, utterly disgusting way to treat customers and operate a ‘business’. They are taking money and abusing customers. Please, STOP SELLING VOUCHERS THAT CAN’T BE REDEEMED.

Very unprofessional, rude, mean behaviours from range officers and receptionists who answered the call at 8782 0100. NEVER recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and welcomed service.The receptionists do not know how to respect a customer, and it is the worst customer service I have ever received. Mess management of the administration, different staff have different understandings of rules and the receptionists feel like they know and rule everything especially the terms and conditions. When their staff present totally different views to you, they rejected to take any responsibility as to their bad management.They will not offer you any solutions, instead they offer to keep yelling at you, interrupting your sentences, have quarrel with you and end up with hanging your call. The lady I spoke with at 14:14 today especially represents a mean, arrogant service. She treated me not like a customer, more like an enemy. She could not control her moods, and when the arguments heated and I did not want to argue with her, she rejected to escalate this matter to someone else or the management team to deal with it. She cut off the call without letting me finish my words.It’s very upset, annoying and disappointed when you had such conversation with a staff who appeared not to resolve or provide any assistance to your queries, which ruined your whole day. It’s shame to have such arrogant staff who does not know even how to respect a customer to be front line receptionist.Very bad experience.
