Do not use this company. We used them to ship our personal belongings from Sydney to Fiji, our items were not packed properly at all, TV's were not packed in there boxes, they were wrapped in cardboard only, some of our expensive items were stolen, everything was literally thrown in the container with no care at all. No apology was offered as a result, we were told to contact our insurance company,I strongly urge people not to consider Matzen for any business at all.very DISSAPOINTED

The past 2 years I have used Matzen Cargo for exporting most airfreight shipments. They keep me updated of any delays if any occur, quick response to queries and most of all friendly staff all round. Nothing is ever any issue with Matzen Cargo and I would highly recommend this freight forwarder to anyone.

Affordable prices, great customer service, and safe. I shipped my things from Sydney to Saudi Arabia and they arrived on time and in perfect condition.
