I went in on friday night to purchase my first Gucci bag! My mum and I were being helped by Vicky, my mum had previously gone in before myself this trip and Vicky was so helpful, patient and her customer service and memory of my mum was top notch. Really made the experience worth it as I had my eye on a particular bag for so long! So a big thank you to Vicky for making the experience so special.

Great service by everyone every time I visit this store. Always helpful in finding the items I am after. Once Ordered bomber jackets online and got sent to the store, staff was happy to keep it in store for couple of weeks while I was away.

What is the deal?? Your store is half full, staff members standing around chatting and we are asked to wait at the door. Customers that walk away are lost salesSTUPIDITY.

WOWW! while I have shopped in this particular Gucci a few times before the Service I received last weekend from not only the waiter with the delicious drinks but 1 beautiful lady in particular was amazing.Charlotte Thank You for going above and beyond for me with helping me select the right colour scarf to match my features when I was so unsure and couldn't make up my mind, not only where you well spoken but you gave such a positive and fun attitude it felt good to be able to ask for your opinion.It's nice to see that although you are in a high end store that genuine people are there to help.Thank you Brisbane Gucci for always having a Good Service and making your customers feel great while in the store! My girlfriend bought me a Gucci wrist cuff for my bday that she was really excited to surprise me with. When I opened it, the cuff had a crack in it and when I put it on it broke.She took it back to Gucci and they said sorry nothing we can do, I went in and lost it at them as they made my girlfriend so upset with how they treated her. They finally said they would replace it but it would take a few weeks to come back. When it was returned we realised they had literally just glued the same bracelet back together and it broke again.Honestly I would never buy from Gucci ever again, it’s no wonder it’s become the laughing stock of luxury brands and you see those little eshay lad kids wearing their products.They don’t even have the right to call themselves luxury their stuff is Chinese sweat shop grade.

I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had shopping at Gucci Brisbane today. Greeted by Rachel Moore at the entrance with a glass of champagne accompanied by a tight selection of shoes and shirts in the flavours she knowsI like. This is the kind of service that makes me come back. Rachel gives the full Gucci experience. I walked out and strutted Down the street an overwhelming feeling of absolute satisfaction. Thanks Gucci Brisbane and thank you so much Rachel!

I purchased a Gucci watch which is meant to be 50 metres water resistant. I wore it occasionally for 2 months and it was filled with condensation. Gucci are saying that the watch should only be exposed to water when you are washing your hands or raindrops. They have requested over $900 to fix it with a turnaround time of 12-14 weeks. The service I am receiving is disgraceful & incredibly disappointing for a luxury brand". Do not recommend buying a timepiece from them!"
