Very friendly and reliable place. The staff are well understanding. Only challenge would be even if you book early it will sometimes have 20minutes wait time.

The end result was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. We had some teething issues to start with but their customer experience person (Kelly) made the issues her own and provided a flawless resolution. Well done Terry Shields for having this funding and the right person in the right job.

I'm not usually the type to post a review, but I had to this time. Toyota in general have been relatively hopeless in relation to communication and honesty when it comes to the service I've been provided. BUT, and this is a BIG BUT, there is a mechanic in the service department at Terry shields parramatta by the name of Daniel who you guys need to make sure you never lose... he is the only reason I've purchased another hilux to add to the fleet. His service, professionalism, experience, expertise, and customer relations are second to none! He not only rectified my issues, he is the only person who is allowed to work on my Ute. If he ever leaves, id hand in my warranty card and I'd still go to him personally to work on my Ute. Whatever you guys are paying him isn't enough! I own a contruction company, and the way he took care of me was as if he himself was the owner of Terry Shields. Bravo Daniel, and thank you for being an absolute legend!

Super busy place, they take your car keys from a parking place... there is no lobby, so no even a cup of water, coffee or tea while waiting.... fully exposed to the weather conditions... and there was confusion regarding the lending car... $55/day is not lending... it is more expensive than a hiring place...Anyway ending wasting my time and seeking for another place...At least they would not miss my car at all as... like I mentioned it is a very busy place...

Never ever go there again they're doggy mechanics. And not care about customers at all. Worth experiencing ever I had .My car after I did first service at Terry shields toyota.

I got my vehicle service @ T.S.T granville many times also I purchased a part from T.S.T Parts girraween. Just really wana say that the staff @ both site were really professional, knowledgeable, reliable & friendly! End result was excellent! BIG thank you to the T.S.T team :)

Excellent well organized honest Service Centre. I have been there for several services and the same efficient service. Excuse the pun but they run a well oiled operation here.

Went there to get 1 year servicing done (Paid). Asked representative just two questions. 1) would this be hand washed? 2) would you be cleaning from inside.The reply was: too many questions. It’s all right to say “don’t know something “ but if you ask 2 questions and you hear that, that’s surprising.So to know the same thing , we walked inside. I told them that because we had got the paint protection done ( from Toyota itself) and it was told to hand wash the car and not machine wash when we got the car . Now for servicing, Representative says that you have to get it done from somewhere else as we never have the option of hand washing here at Toyota. Another surprising thing to hear .Now to my other question: would you be cleaning inside? They said , No today we won’t do, you can come on some other day. Really ? then why are you allowing people to book slots on Saturday if you can’t service it fully compared to what you do on other days, and not inform them in advance that you won’t be able to do certain things? And other person had prepared papers etc even when he knew I had those questions and they might not be able to do that completely.We walked out ! Thanks Toyota for this bad service.

A bunch of crooks. They use the “warranty” as a selling point to convince customers to buy their below par cars. I have had multiple issues with my car since purchase, 1 electronic, 1 dash noise, and 1 mechanical in the engine, and every time I take it for inspection and repair they give me the same response: it needs to be taken to the original dealer and warranty won’t cover it. I do not understand why they add the warranty feature if it will never cover any faults or issues, no matter what they are. Would not recommend this dealership at all.

I took my Toyota Hilux for service on the 23/05/2023 and it looks like they didn’t do their job properly! First of all, the report says that they checked the pressure of all tyres. This is not true as the front left tyre looks deflated, same as it did before I took it to service. Second of all, I was getting a message on the dashboard that says “engine oil is low add or replace” (it could be a false alarm as it appears for a few seconds, then it disappears. Only to appear again) before I took it to service and I’m still getting that message, even after service. I’m worried that they didn’t change the oil. Very dodgy place and totally unreliable!
