Ampol Foodary West Chermside

Went to the Foodary at 7.40pm. It was closed. Sign says open till 8pm. Thanks very much - for nothing. Not impressed.

I was told that I had a head light out from a friend. I went to super cheap and purchased a new one with no idea how to install it. The staff there wouldn't change it because they said it was to hard. I stopped into the automotive service center here in the hope they could help as it was 4pm and would be dark soon. I was greeted by Naresh when I arrived who was the mechanic on site and explained the situation to him. He stopped what he was doing and asked me to bring the car over so he could have a look for me. Within 10min he had managed to change the headlight so I could be safe on the road again at night. A huge thanks goes out to him for he's quick help and great attitude to life. Anyone looking to have work done on their car I would highly recommend Naresh and the team here.

Young fella with light brown/reddish hair has impeccable customer service.Impressed with the way this store is run despite the size.Milk and bread here.Their selection is very limited otherwise, but so much can only be expected out of such a little store.

Worst customer service ever, I filled up fuel in my car today at 7.30pm went to pay so the guy was not in the counter, I scanned my uber app card the guy said its not valid, I was like other staff members do that for me, he said this is not valid showed my uber app he said no it won’t work so I scanned my rewards card it got fuel voucher but it did not work, and the guy was not behaving well, being talking aggressively.Check the other comments too for other people, I will not recommend that Caltex to anyone, these type of staff makes the loss for business, the owner of the business should consider this feedback and do inquiry regarding that.Thanks for reading that feedback.

Walked in at 6am, Thursday morning. 2 workers in store. 1 behind the register, counting money and 1 off to the side. Bought 2 drinks and at no stage during the sale did the one that was supposed to be serving me, stop whinging about a fellow employee. Took my money and handed back my change, all without saying 1 word to me. Id strongly suggest working on public service skills and stop focusing your energy on badmouthing fellow employees.

This is our local gas station. It's close, handy and has everything you need.The biggest advantage of this station for me is been able to fill up my 3 car, car carrier. There are not to many local gas stations you can fit a 19m truck in.

Always find the staff here quite friendly and helpful.I don't know why people are complaing about them.And to those complaining about not getting discounts from woolworths or uber - check where those are valid. They are NOT valid everywhere.To get your woolowrths rewards discount, go to a co-branded site (one with a woolworths sign that says you get a 4c discount).For Uber discounts, the driver app says PARTICIPATING star marts and foodary’s.READ and ASK before complaining.

Twice I went to the service station and twice my fuel vouchers on my rewards card didn't go though.They say Woolworths Rewards works there but that's not the truth.Won't be going back

This Caltex almost always has the cheapest petrol in the area. Also, at Caltex you can use your Myer One card and collect points which is a nice bonus. Easy to get into from their multiple different entrances. Cheery staff too.Also, you rarely have to wait compared to the Woolworths petrol station up the road which normally has a three person line up.
