i-Inspect Building & Pest

We used i-inspect for our building and pest inspections. I started by jumping online to book the inspections but was unsure of what I needed so called in. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and told me if I wanted it done the next day, Steve was available at 11am. So I finished my booking for the next day, only to receive a call about 5 minutes later to say I had booked it for the following week and did I want to book the next day. Needless to say our cooling off period would have ended by then so she changed my booking for me.Steve was amazing. He took photos of everything and video of issues he wanted to show us in better detail. We received the reports on the same day. Steve also took the time to discuss the reports with me and was very helpful in answering my questions. The reports actually helped us get a $10k reduction in the sale price. Well worth the money spent.

We used Steve two times last month for a home purchase. Very impressed of how thorough he is and his attention to detail.I had looked around prior to proceeding with I inspect and similar prices everywhere. I have had some personal change of circumstances and both have been very accomodating to our needs and changing appointment times accordingly. Also Steve has a great eye for detail and things which we wouldn't pick up with our normal eye, he was able to pick up so easily. Steve is a straight-up amazing building inspector. Buying a house is a huge decision and we were happy to have i-Inspect by our side to give us the comfort and reassurance that we weren't throwing our money away. From the first phone call with his lovely assistant to the after service care, we couldn't be more pleased.
