Josh is an amazing trainer!! He has trained me for a couple of years now and been extremely passionate about achieving my goals. He tailors workouts and diets to individual goals and updates them over time. Such an awesome trainer and highly recommend. Very friendly which makes exercise fun instead of a chore

I got in touch with Josh after deciding to compete in a physique competition (Miami Pro) and book in a fitness photoshoot around that time. I have been very active for most of my life and thought I was eating pretty healthy, generally I knew my stuff but 2 weeks into the plan I learnt quite a bit. It was strict towards the end of the plan closer to the competition but for the most part it was enjoyable and I found it sustainable. I most enjoyed working with Josh and making up my own recipes, I have plenty of new ingredients now I wouldn't usually buy. Super happy with how my condition turned out for the comp!

Joshar is an excellent trainer. I learned from him in 2 ocassions. First 4 years ago to learn about nutrition and training in a normal gym environment and recently to learn how to train at home in periods of coronavirus. I was having pain in my back because of not moving and I was going out of shape, also I didn't think training at home could be as effective as doing it in a gym but in 2 months with Joshare I changed my mind. Not only I got better posture and got leaner I also grew stronger and my back pain is mostly gone. If you want someone to teach you online dont hesitate

5 stars. Joshar is an excellent fitness coach. He goes wellBeyond and above he's duty as a coach. He is 110%, looking out for the best interests of his clients. In addition his expertise is phenomenal. For example my goals were vast including : building lean muscle, increasing flexibility such as doing the splits and other callisthenics moves such as front lever and recovery. He is able to combine all these goals into a viable and enjoyable program that didn't result me having to train for half a day but less than a hour. That does not just take amazing expertise and skillBut dedication and care for his clients . Outstanding value for money. He also genuinely cares for his clients in all aspects of their lives and will assist and support them their too. He started off as a coach, but he has become both a friend and a brother. Highly recommended and amazing value for money , so you can't go wrong.

For me I have always been naturally very lean but struggled to put on mass. Josh gave me some good advice for nutrition and made it work around my life for example having a burrito bowl as an easy way to intake calories at work for the days I didn’t bulk cook. I have been really enjoying using the gymnastic rings outdoors and have got a good amount of muscle gain in the 12 weeks since starting (3kg gain). Pleased with progress so far and looking forward to more.

Josh is a very great trainer. He does not just helped me with my training and physical goals but when I mentioned that I struggle sleeping and experience depression every once in a while, he also provided me materials to read and some practices to do so I could always be at my optimum and I won't stop training.He explains training, nutrition and everything else in a very friendly and professional manner. Even if I'm done with the program, he still try to keep in touch which is just fantastic.

I have been training with Josh for around 2 years now. I honestly used to hate going to the gym as i always found it boring, but since training with Joshar he has changed my attitude towards the gym as he always keeps our sessions interesting and fun whilst still getting results.He really listens to my needs and goals and has created a personalised easy to follow program for my independent sessions and I feel so much more confident with training alone now. Highly recommend!
