I'm really happy with our new mattress from Latex Mattress in Mosman. The Store Manager Sam spent a lot of time showing to us and explaining the various options in mattresses. We used to have a latex mattress many years ago but more recently had a spring mattress. It's great to be sleeping on a comfortable latex mattress again.

Amazing mattress and so glad we didn’t again go another spring / coil super expensive one with promises of some special pocket system etc. Second latex we’ve bought from these guys! The customer service is also exceptional.We are both fit and healthy individuals but were waking sore after a nights sleep before we bought this. Now we are having a great sleep! I bought a mattress topper for our good, but slightly too firm mattress. I have to say I really look forward to sliding into bed each night. It has added just a nice amount if softness to our supportive mattress. It feels cushy and easy to get comfy. No regrets here. Great company to buy from. Thanks!

It was so great to have a physical store to go to where we can see and feel the available mattresses. It is also great to have a person to talk to face to face about the specific differences between the available mattresses. Although we got plenty of information both online and in the store, we are the type to want all technical details so we can never get enough of that kind of information.We made our choice of mattress and pillow. We are happy to say that the delivery and pickup of the old mattress happened exactly as expected. Our experience with using the mattress has been that we are sleeping much more comfortably and more deeply. It is our first Latex mattress and we don't think we'll ever change to any other type.

Great service. More importantly, the mattress is outstanding! All our family have had latex Mattresses for over 20 years and love them. In the past we have always bought from the same place, a well known latex mattress specialist. We loved their product but thought we would try the competition. We bought a Pure Comfort mattress in king size. So far it has been wonderful, I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable mattress. We bought it with the view that whilst spending a lot more on it than a traditional mattress, it should last a lot longer than a traditional one offsetting the cost somewhat, yes they are expensive. So knowing how this mattress performs long term isn’t something I can comment on yet, I hope that I won’t need another one for well over a decade, rather than the 5-7 years of the last one.The customer service is worth commenting on. It was seriously top notch. I dealt mostly with Sam, who was very generous with his time on the phone a number of times and in a number of emails back and forth. This was all before I even bought anything. He was then super thoughtful in finding options in their sale a short while later which led to the purchase.Overall I’ve been very happy and would recommend these folks to anyone. When you’re looking at their prices try to picture them lasting double or triple the time that a traditional mattress lasts and it will come across a bit differently.

We have a new medium firmness latex mattress from overseas and was finding this too firm. I ordered a custom made (as our mattress is 200cm x 210cm) 5cm soft latex topper from Sam at the Mosman store and within 9 days it was delivered. It has made a huge difference to the comfort and to our sleep quality. Sam’s customer service and follow up is amazing. The topper has made a world of difference!

I've purchased the firm mattress, as I have a lot of issues with my back and usually that's what works best for me. Up to now I've been sleeping in a foam mattress, but the Latex Mattress is by far of greater quality. No more midnight wake ups for me to change position, and better resting resulting in more energy for the next day.
