I have been searching for a car for my wife my a while. I went to Oldmac Toyota Cleveland and when I was browsing the outside cars a young lady name Louise promptly popped her head outside to say hello and whether she could help us.At the time I was weighing up my options and it seems that Toyota cars are a struggle to source immediately. She priced up a Corolla Cross car but she said it was going to be a wait so I said thanks but I need a car sooner rather than later. She took my details down and said if I find anything she will give me a call.Within a week she said a RAV4 was available. I placed a deposit pending a test drive and my wife and I dropped down to test drive. Louise was so pleasant to deal with. I believe she is only new to Oldmac Toyota and she seemed well versed already in many of the features in the vehicles. If she didn't know she asked the questions from the service department. It was a no bull visit and I was extremely impressed with her persona.Unfortunately my wife felt a little uncomfortable driving the RAV4 and Louise completely understood and put no pressure on us at all. She was so lovely to deal with and it was a breath of fresh air.I have to give full marks to Louise at Oldmac Toyota Cleveland. Servicing not done as per the book, been going here for years with multiple occasions of bad workmanship or work charged for and not done at all. Would reccomend getting your servicing done at another dealer

My husband was there in the last hour and asked to speak to a sales person about potentially buying a car. The customer service was appalling. The man working there didn’t even bother serving my husband, just left him waiting outside (said he would be right out, didn’t even show). My husband walked after 10 minutes of no service / being ignored. Terrible way to treat a potential customer. Your loss. We will go spend our $$ elsewhere.

Luke was super helpful and pulled together a great deal for us. Everything was sorted in one day. Fantastic!

Unfortunately I have to complain about this service. My car was booked for a 90.000 ks service; when I picked up my car 5 hours later, they told me that I had to book another service because they didn't have spark plugs in stock to change the old ones; for a big company like Oldmac Toyota and for the price I had to paid, this inexcusable; now I have to spend another day, without my car. There is no need to talk about the unfriendly staff attending this service. Totally unhappy.

Harry was amazing and fantastic to deal with regarding the new purchase of my Mg zs. Even offering over night test drives.

Picked up my Hilux from the service department after a warranty issue and still has same problem. Left it with them and hoping for a better result tomorrow. The staff are friendly and apologetic so at least I'm not being fobbed off.

Great service at parts department. Customer service at parts department made it easy for a car novice to understand.
