Raine & Horne Darwin

Property manager Sayed Ahmed Suman was very rude regarding our inspection for a property.We showed up at 8.40 am for an inspection scheduled until 8.45 am and he was already in his car getting ready to leave. He didn’t offer to show the property and even didn’t show any sort of support. His expressions were really unpleasant. We haven’t had this sort of experience in any of the other inspections where agents are really pleasant. The worst experience.We’re glad that we didn’t go ahead with him. Anyone wouldn’t like someone grumpy like him as a property manager.

Cannot recommend Raine & Horne Darwin enough. Since our agreement, they have been extremely quick in communicating and Jenny (our property manager) has been so lovely to deal with it.She has taken great care of us throughout the 1.5 years we were in the property and her attention to detail is second to none.Thanks Jenny and Raine & Horne Darwin :)

Was given a 15days notice that i have to find place as they won’t be continuing the old place i lived at and i reached out to all the real estate company no one could help me as being a bachelor student then i found RAIN & Horne DARWIN AND what an amazing team many thanks to ( @ Sayed Ahmed Suman and @Mitch) took so much stress and helped with an exceptional amount help and amazing people anyone looking to get or looking a great team i will go there they will help you to ur fullest satisfactionThank you again Rain &Horne Darwin

Terrible property manager.If you want to get a rental house, never go through R & H. They do not care about your rights and requirements.

Hard to get onto the property manager for our rental. Took 6 weeks of calling nearly twice a week to sort out a lease renewal

Rented a property for 12 months though R&H Darwin. Had 3 different property managers and were never advised that there was a new one. Don't respond to emails or phone calls and when phoning to speak with the property manager they always seemed to be away from the office.Handed property keys back on 19/8/2022. After receiving no response to numerous phone contact and email attempts to seek an answer on the bond return, I had no choice but to take the matter to NTCAT. After emailing the real estate to advise of this I coincidentally received a phone call an hour and a half later from a team leader advising this ‘had come across her desk’. I received 3 phone calls and 2 emails from them on this day and ended up receiving what I was owed on the afternoon of 21/9/2022, 4 weeks and 5 days after I had handed the keys back. Not acceptable and a poor effort from them.The only upside is I had a great landlord.

I couldn’t recommend the team at R&H Darwin more highly. Since signing our property we have had open, honest and transparent communication during the entire process. We also switched tenants after early termination through a defence tenant and the transition was no hassle, finding a new tenant almost immediately.Sheryl was our property manager and has been fabulous to deal with. She has a high attention to detail and this reflects in her periodic inspections and all instructions we requested which has been a pleasure. The maintenance upkeep on our property was great also.Melanie Jackson in the office has also provided exceptional service and has set the benchmark for the industry in Darwin. Melanie has communicated very openly and advised us on items such as insurance, charges to our account and also pricing in the Darwin/Palmerston market.Thanks R&H Darwin for your exceptional service, keep up the great work.
