The quality of service from Anglers Warehouse has been outstanding. Staff have an excellent knowledge and we’re able to give sound advice and guidance over the phone.Not only have prices been excellent but delivery has been quick and flawless.I recently had purchased a Shimano Anarchy rod from Anglers Warehouse that on arrival I discovered had a manufacturing fault. Fortunately, Anglers Warehouse acted quickly to resolve the situation, contacted Shimano and had a replacement rod shipped to me without delay and at no cost.Simply a brilliant company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Bought two items on the same day at different times via their website. Both had postage indicated online. However the staff refunded one postage amount and sent both items in the one package. They did this without prompting. Saving me $10. Also I bought 3 packets of Bait Junkies. I forgot about the buy 3 get 1 free deal but they threw in the 4th packet without me having to sort it out later. Highly recommend Anglers Warehouse.

Ordered Millerods Crank Freak n Flats Freak, Grappler S82MH3 Travel rod and a Stella FK 5000XG reel.Wowsers this was ordered Thursday morning and delivered on Sunday but i wasn't home, so picked it up from the Post Office Monday.Exceptional rod tube used unlike others using the paper triangle shape and all packed nicely (rods and reel).Already put reservation for the 2500 n 3000 size Stella FKs when available in early 2023.Anglers Warehouse offer great products and service, backed by prompt delivery ;)
