Where to start…. I have always had trouble with my teeth, no matter how hard I tried to keep them healthy. My general dentist also tried her hardest. But in the end, she referred me to Dr Larry Benge and his team. From the moment I walked in to the clinic, I felt welcome and safe. I never felt judged, not even for a second. I started with an all-on-4 on my top, with the hope that we could save my bottom teeth. Unfortunately, this could not be done and I ended up having to get the bottoms done too. Throughout the consultations, procedures and follow-up, I received nothing but 5star treatment. All up it was a 13month journey for me, due to a couple of reasons, but the team made sure that everything was absolutely perfect. Peter from the lab took such pride in his work, and so he should as he made me the beautiful smile I have always wanted. Now, I smile all the time, because I am no longer self conscious of my teeth. I am so grateful that I found Dr Benge and his team, as they have changed my life. I can now eat anything without the fear of another tooth breaking. My confidence has grown also. I just can’t thank them enough. They do amazing work and treat people with kindness. Which can be pretty rare these days. This is not a paid review. This is real and raw and I’m just so grateful.

Friendliest people. Have made me feel at ease and not judged one bit since first visit. I cannot wait to give that big smile they were asking for the other day. There is Great Customer Service and then there is Next Smile the epitome of what I can say is the best service I have ever received anywhere. From my first appointment through to the surgery and follow up appointments they have been absolutely brilliant. It's only three weeks before my permanent teeth will be fitted. A couple of months ago I accidentally bit into something hard which caused some damage to my temps. I emailed and then rang the emergency number and left a message. Within 5 minutes of both, I had a response to my email from Courtney who was on holiday in Queensland and then a call back from the emergency message I had left on the after hours number. Within an hour I had an appointment booked for the next day which was Sunday, a technician, dentist and nurse all came in to attend to me, no complaining from any of them, all friendly and happy to assist and fix my problem. Next Smile you set the benchmark for professional, friendly and excellent service so glad I selected you to do my All-on-fours. Thank you to the whole team you are all amazing! Three weeks until I get my permanent teeth, I can't wait, they have done a job far better than I could ever have imagined. No regrets in choosing Next Smile whatsoever.

From the very first visit Dr Larry and everyone at Next Smile made me feel welcome. Everything was explained clearly and in such a way that gave me confidence in my decision. It’s a big commitment but one that I have never regretted and the end results have been better than I anticipated. Had 3 of my wisdom teeth extracted on site in the chair by Larry. He was unbelievably quick and thorough without any pain during the extraction.

Highly professional service. My original surgery date coincided with an unscheduled public holiday and rather than subject me to a long delay Dr Benge and his team went ahead anyway. I found all staff both friendly and caring and am absolutely delighted with my new smile and the confidence it has given me.

Had an appointment with Jeremy,part of the team at Next Smile.We discovered, recently, that I grind my teeth, so actions have been taken with fitting me with a night guard..So far I seem to be still at it..Dr Jeremy discussed the use of Botox injections into my jaw muscles to relax them, so as to correct the pressure I use whilst clenching my teeth.Then we discussed other ways of relaxing the muscles and de-stressing in general.I came away with some alternative ideas to try.. Jeremy was very clear & calming in his approach..In fact all the staff at Next Smile have been the loveliest individuals that I have interacted with in all my experiences in personal dentistry.I can't recommend them highly enough.I actually look forward to all my appointments....never ever thought I would say that!!Debbi

Great service, professional performance and attitude, yet very personable and practical. All staff are extremely helpful and tentative. Receptionist reliable and always get back to you when they say they will. Appointments are always correct with helpful reminder text msg of up coming apts. And the results are satisfying, with the sense of worthy of the money spent .
